After Eskom kindly load shed our power, I couldn't connect to the internet. Afrihost assisted me step by step through the reconnection process and sorted out the connection issues, and this was all done over Whatsapp with screen shots. Afrihost advisors demonstrated knowledge of their products. They clearly understood my needs. They were able to advise me on the service I needed to subscribe for. They were patient as I navigated their website; the website was easy to navigate. Once I had selected my desired package, the payment platform was safe, secure and efficient. The only smudge, perhaps was that I have to wait for a week for a technician to come in and do the installation. In a general sense, not specific to Afrihost, I believe that corporates should up the service standards. Keeping a client queuing for service for a week is just not on; particularly in a country with high levels of unemployment.
