Sure, they cost slightly more than say their 'sister' company BUT if you need to understand, when it comes to security... they are doing it right. Don't use an ISP which do not offer Two-Factor [at the very least] Authentication. Highly recommended.

I set up my parents fibre account. The fibre was installed by vumatel and Afrihost their ISP. As Afrihost wasn’t open, I tried the WhatsApp function. Germaine was the person helping me on the other end. He/She was really professional, helpful and we managed to set up the fibre and get everything working in no time. Really GREAT service. Had a problem accessing the internet using my mobile data. Sanele refreshed my Sim and told me to put my phone on flight mode then to turn my phone off for 5 minutes. Once back on I turned on mobile data and it worked perfectly. I had been struggling for 2 days prior within 10 minutes on WhatsApp via wifi I was back up & sorted. Awesome

I have to place on record, I am over excited and satisfied with the impeccable service from afrihost and the after hours service is excellent, I have spoken to few consultants and said to them they must report my good rating to their manager's. I'm amazed, my order was delivered and installed and activated in a week. The installation and delivery process was quick. I have referred my neighbor to sign up with you guys and helped him with the signing up process on the online application. Please keep your standards high at all times, I must admit the afrihost App is user friendly and everything as a client we need to know is on it.
