I've never had any connection issues with afrihost since joining their fibre network, but when I had a connection hiccup they where fast in responding and I ended up getting the issue resolved via WhatsApp. Linda M was very patient and understood everything I tried to explain. He/She guided me step by step through text and the issue was sorted in no time. I'm very impressed. Great client service! Well done.

I've been with Afrihost since we started our company in the early 2000's. I've never felt frustrated or not looked after and the online 'clientzone' is amazing for managing hosting, emails etc.

Never visited the place, but their online consultants are always available whenever I need help. I always contact them via WhatsApp, and they reply in a couple of seconds. In my opinion, they are the best Internet Service Provider in South Africa, and they seem to put their customers first. I would definitely recommend them in the blink of an eye. Keep up the good work.

I have been with Afrihost as my domain service provider for a few years. Their customer service is very good and the online system makes my life so much easier than waiting for a third party service provider to respond. I load and delete emails as i need and also design my own website with their sitebuilder which is very userfriendly

Afrihost privides good WhatsApp service. Knowlegeable people with quick responses. Awesome! 👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻However, I still do not understand why they switched to Frogfoot in my area. It was for the worse and not for the better. When it rains, the WiFi service often goes for a loop. Seems water is Frogfoot's headache. Their response times to reports of service being down also is not pleasant. Two days for a response before they even start looking at the problem? Not on, sorry, I am a positive person but sometimes frustration gets to a person.😔☹
