I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate having the live chat assistance from an Afrihost technician over Whatsapp. This Saturday morning George assisted me over Whatsapp with patience and understanding with router issues after problems with our OpenServe fibre line was fixed. Afrihost, you are setting a high standard in customer service, service on a level that I can only dream of from other vendors. Had an issue with our WiFi going down but was quickly able to WhatsApp with Afrihost assist they were friendly helpful and patient. And although we have to log a service request I was assured that they would monitor and follow up. Just being kept in the loop knowing it will get sorted out and they are following through is a great advance on me having to battle to get through to call centers and have to keep repeating my story. Very happy to have Afrihost oversight.

And once again I received first class service from Afrihost. All our company websites are with Afrihost and they are our ISP as well. This morning a client contacted our office that he couldn't get onto a website as the AutoSSL certificate for the domain had expired this morning. I sent Afrihost a message on the app at 09H06 and received a message at 09H21 that my website was loading securely again. Thank you Afrihost team!

Less Ordinary

I whish Afrihost can share their secret to deliver excellent service to the world. We can all follow suit. I have never experienced such an excellent service. Even saying excellent service is an under statement..... There's no words to describe their service.
