JHB Water hit the fibre cable in our complex. Within less than an hour of reporting it to Afrihost, they had contacted OpenServe and a technician was on site. Whenever there is a connection issue, it is resolved quickly, even when the fault is with one of the fibre providers. After a recent lightning storm, the router was struck. Afrihost client support did everything they could from their side to confirm where the issue could be. Diagnosis steps are easy to follow and suggestions are clear and worthwhile. Connectivity is restored quickly and is always up to the specified speeds. Problems will happen but the attitude that Afrihost has proves that they are the best.
