I woke up to a connection issue this morning and spoke to an Afrihost agent around 8am I went away and got back to my office at around 12 at which time I spoke with another agent. We reset the modem and they did their magic on that side and presto I’m online again. Thank you.

Key to our success was a cool head and positive interaction from our side. The team at Afrihost were great. Lesson learnt no amount of yelling will make the process move any faster, the process moves at the correct pace we need to move with it. Remember to ask loads of questions they answer all of them. Loads of step by step pictures also help. I am a satisfied customer. Can't say thank you enough.

Anyone can provide a service but providing support after that is rare. I was able to contact quickly and although my problem wasn’t sorted I was advised to open a ticket.
