Afrihost on my phone is great! So easy to top up and the app works well. Afrihost for our home WiFi is shockingly bad. Extremely slow most of the time unfortunately

First day working from home my router started giving problems, as fate would have it. Due to loadshedding and UPS usage I experienced some difficulty with my connectivity. I don't have the words to describe what the problem was cause I know next to nothing about IT, but with the help of Afrihost's WhatsApp helpline and the awesome helper assigned to me (they have real people online helping you over WhatsApp, not just bots), I was able to sort it out in a jiffy. i had patchy internet and used their whatsapp help line on the clientzone website. regina g assisted me quickly and efficiently. she was able to alert me to the fact that maintenance work was underway on the exchange in my area. a second great experience with the whatsapp help. my data ran out and after topiing up i couldn't reconnect properly. i was assisted with little wait bu thulani, professionally helped and had the problem sorted in a short time. great service.
