All in all best ISP I've ever had the pleasure to deal with! Some problems here and there but that's due to factors such as copper theft. Have a LTE data bundle linked to my phone, as does my wife, fantastic value for money (MTN)! Would stay with them for a fibre contract but I live in a one horse town and unfortunately they aren't a provider. Can't go wrong with them!

I've been with Afrihost since 2019 and they've been providing me with excellent service. Call backs are almost immediate. Their support staff are very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. Best internet experience since joining Afrihost 3 months ago after being with Telkom for may years. Their client service via WhatsApp is outstanding. Not holding on for minutes to talk to an agent and passed from one to another. One stop problem resolution.

And when there are problems it's out of anyone's hands, but Afrihost still works tirelessly to fix it ASAP. And every time I have needed support help they were able to help me in less than an hour. Truly fantastic.
