Short description, my fiber line was moved from my old location to a new premises. Working with huge amounts of data I've notice slow speeds and did a speed test. The line was underperforming and I contacted my provide, Afrihost. I was assisted via the whatsapp line by Nhlakanipho who was super helpful and assisted promptly. From Afrihost side all was in order and a ticket was logged with the last mile provider to re-provision my line with the correct line speed. It's a great service provider. Every time I have a query, I quickly send a what's app. They normally reply with an automated message saying they are extremely busy, but they have always reply within a minute after a send a message. And they always help you.... Excellent service. Keep it up.

Great customer service experience I have received by Tumelo(technical dept) he went over and above to assist me even after his shift. That young man kept to his word when he said he needs to leave but will give me a call once he gets home and thats what he did,a man of his word. Well done young man for your excellent service you have provided me keep it up. I love Afrihost, I have had very few errors in the years with them since ADSL and really happy with how they have always treated me. I am in IT myself so a lot of troubleshooting is done by myself if I do have issues to provide the required information to resolve issues.
