Whenever there is a connection issue, it is resolved quickly, even when the fault is with one of the fibre providers. After a recent lightning storm, the router was struck. Afrihost client support did everything they could from their side to confirm where the issue could be. Diagnosis steps are easy to follow and suggestions are clear and worthwhile. Connectivity is restored quickly and is always up to the specified speeds. Problems will happen but the attitude that Afrihost has proves that they are the best.

I always recommend them. You may pay less with other services, but if you need help, they're not always available to assist you. Afrihost responds fast on watsapp and you're NOT talking to bots, but actual people.

Been with Afrihost for years on end, I had endless struggles with ISP's prior and eventually found this exceptional business. I have rarely had to even contact their support department with issues, and if I did, the support person assigned to me was very helpful every. single. time.
