Afrihost as an ISP overall, gets no star. However these stars are for Neo M. She is absolutely amazing and if I had a company, I would employ her at the drop of a hat. She has restored my faith in your call centre and went above and beyond to help me. Wow! Love you Neo! You've just made my day. You will achieve great things and should be promoted to top level management, and replace the current CEO. Afrihost is a better place, just by having you there. Godspeed.

Excellent customer services and very very speedy. I signed up yesterday. The customer journey was seamless as it took me 5min to sign up. Router has been delivered. Additional questions and updates already made. Literally just waiting on the Network Provider to contact me. Portia M was also very friendly and helpful.
