I believe in 'traditional' customer service..everyone should be treated equally and with patience and respect. Never had such a great experience, end to end before. Ordered online, paid online...took 10 mins. This was at 5am. Got sms to confirm booking, I chose 8am. Got call at 8 from Openserve technician and we scheduled at 11. Technician came and all done in an hour or two. He gave me numbers to WhatsApp. I WhatsApp Afrihost to ask them to please speed up delivery of my router as I run a home business and have been having problem with my Telkom LTE. The very next day router delivered. Connected up. Had speed issue, went back on WhatsApp, chatted and resolved in 5 minutes. Highly recommend Afrihost.
