I have been a client for many years and do everything internet related via Afrihost. My internet connection, hosting, voip etc. and the service I receive is really great. After sales service is in most cases a big problem with many companies, but certainly not at Afrihost. And there are many ways to help and be helped. Using whatsapp it takes one or two minutes and you are speaking to a professional. I am really happy.

This rating is only related to the set up process. Afrihost were efficient in getting me set up and connected. We had to go through the process of configuring my router once we knew the ONT was operating normally. It was fast and efficient and I absolutely know if I had been with a few providers I’d previously tried, this would not have been done
