Today was the first time I encountered an outage that meant actual loss of service for more than an hour, and they were quick to assist me when I needed it. The problem still exists at the time of writing this, but they did reassure me that their engineers are actively working on restoring the service. They haven't failed me yet, so I trust them when they say service will be restored ASAP.
