Unbelievable service and quality.... Ordered my fixed LTE at 9am in morning and received it after 2 hours... The routers were already set up with sim and wifi setting as per application, very thoughtful! Never seen anything like this in south Africa.... This is some ultra developed world kind of experience. Unbelievable!!

Been trying to get fibre installed at a holiday apartment in the coast Contacted Webafrica and agent was immediately available to process my order and contract Been trying to get a status of connection is a nightmare …. On 2 occasions . I had to wait over 24 hours for an agent to reply on the Wattsapp chat To date I am still awaiting for a Human to make contact I decided to get Afrihost rather…. @Afrihost, I managed to get all the info within a few minutes Awesome service and amazing response time Keep it up guys!!

Even though I encountered some problems at first, they went out of their way to resolve them quickly and efficiently. So far I am 100% happy. So much better than a Call centre aS THAT WASTE HUGE AMOUNTS OF AIRTIME . You do need to wait to make contact but still far far better than a call Centre and calls dropping.
