I've said 1000 times to everyone I know. Afrihost is the only reliable ISP that offers month - month upgrade and downgrade on a whim, pay pro rata. And yiu can do everything yourself in the client portal. It's so awesome. Moreover when you do need to talk to someone the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly, and genuinely try live up to the name "the home of pure internet joy". I have never had a bad experience with afrihost. And don't mistake the ISP for telkom. Afrihost still have to handle telkom so there are frustration but they do everything in their power to ensure your joy is preserved. I'm so so impressed and I've been a loyal customer and my whole family since 2014. Thank you afrihost.

Had an issue while editing my website. Contacted Helpdesk through Whatsapp and a lady by name Maria gave me the best helpdesk experience ever, great communication and service. My problem was solved, I am a happy client.

Thank you Afrihost for coming to my rescue. I work mostly from home so WiFi is very important. This morning it was not working and I sent a WhatsApp to Afrihost, a agent messaged me almost immediately and after a few.simple.questions and guidance, he got my router working again...so efficient and helpful...
