I had a fault with my fibre connection this morning and reported it at 10:30am. I was really expecting to wait a few days before the issue was resolved. But, not even 3 hours later, the technician has been out and sorted my problem. I am very impressed with both Afrihost and Openserv. I’ve been very happy with Afrihost. It’s just a pity that when I moved to the South Coast my SIM card was blocked. I cancelled my contract only to find out that if I updated my address with Afrihost my SIM card could have been unblocked and I could have continued with Afrihost. I subsequently signed up with another ISP for two years. Afrihost was really the more affordable option.
