Been without internet for 2 days with a teenager in the house, is an absolute nightmare! Contacted Afrihost, I initially thought it was an outage, but the issue was with the router. In a couple of minutes I was guided by Nombulelo M, how to hard reset the router, the settings was fixed and the internet is up and running! Thank you for making this process so easy. I have been with Afrihost for more than 10 years now, there have been times when the internet when down (about 5 times) but most were sorted out quickly. Once Vumatel fault could resolve quicker because once their field team contacted me it was resolved within a few hours. But overall very good service.
