Fantastic service before and after installation I had problem twice and it was dealt with efficiently and they contacted me to confirm my issues were resolved ......other ISPs tend to focus on WhatsApp groups that leave u in a waiting list forever Afrihost has a working WhatsApp group and a callback feature which is amazing as I received the help I needed

The reason for my considering to migrate is because web Africa does not have an inbound call centre and I don't fancy chatting over WhatsApp 2 a robot as the response time is usually very long. Issues can be resolved much quicker if you had verbal contact over the phone

Honestly they weren't the best back then, but honestly the internet was lawless and wild back then, so who could blame them? Flash forward to 2026, I'm subscribed to Afrihost's Fibre-to-the-Home package, and it's so seamless and fast, customer service is so effortless on WhatsApp, ClientZone is so user-friendly!
