We've been with Afrihost/ Vumatel since 2019 - Pleasant service, no hassles, reliable internet connection at all times, I don't recall being without Internet, even with loadshedding and our UPS, our line and experience has been nothing but perfect. So far so good. Ordered my fibre on Tuesday. All was up and running on Friday. Their service is a refreshing uplifting hope for customer service in South Africa. They make use of latest technologies and processes. Only criticism would be to have a status update on each step, to remind one what is next and what is to be done, but their response time on enquiring is fast and on the ball. Lets hope the service standard are maintained in my new relationship with Afrihost and Octotel. Bye bye Telkom it has been awful. Hello super fast internet.
