So I have been with Afrihost for almost a year, it was a rocky road to be honest in the beginning (bad customer care), but all things said and looking at the entire situation as a whole - I would say the positives do out way the negatives. My biggest gripe was having to work with Openserve in trying to successfully schedule a day for Fiber installation, spoiler, four bookings were made and confirmed by Openserve, that never went anywhere, they just would not show up, regardless of the four "technicians", times or dates, they are unreliable in every sense of the word, and I would highly suggest Afrihost drop their partnership with them asap.

Reliable, easy self-service, never had any issues with accounts, billing etc. Signed up with them once and it just keeps on working. Best hosting service in SA!

I have 2 products with Afrihost, Mobile and Hosting. They have been fantastic. Hosting: Excellent speeds and service, I had an issue with a php file, and they solved it within 5 minutes. Mobile: The app is great and makes topping up easy. The price for data is the lowest I have seen, I pay for 5 gigs what I was paying for 1 gig with a different provider... Finally, I have had no signal issues. I 100% recommend Afrihost.

I woukd like to express my sincere thanks for the excellent customer support ( Friday 30th May 25) I received when I requested a call fir a Wifi data top up.The young lady who assisted me was calm.kind patient and extremely helpful. She took her time to explain and ensure that everything was handled smoothly and never made me feel rushed. It was truly a pkeasant exoerience.
