I can conveniently say for service it's 10/10 very fast very nice and they give you alot of reassurance I got my pure Lte uncapped 100mbs today and process was easy it is running very slow but I did contact them and they did assist let's see by Tommorow I have trust in them and would recommend them let's see how the next few days go and I'll recommend them accordingly as there are a few people wanting to order the same as I got today here in my area I hope it doesn't disappoint as I got promised alot let's hope it lives up to that

I've been with Afrihost since the 2020 pandemic when I started working from home full time. At the of the switch I was with another local service provider and was having consistent problems with the network. Signing on was quick and I was up and running before I needed to start my work day. I've been considering moving over to fibre, and naturally I tried various ISPs of which I encountered a technical issue and received no favorable help, told that it just means that I don't have coverage and it was just left at that. No resolve. I tried Afrihost eventually, encountered the same technical issue and instead of sending me away or killing my spirit - 2 agents helped me. The first Agent (Reabetswe M) logged the ticket of my issue to relevant departments. The second Agent (Hopewell M) tracked my case and gave me an update instantly.
