They aren't bad but they really need to update and upgrade to be honest, especially the Afrihost app, it doesn't have much you can do on it. Nonetheless they are upcoming so we hope they upgrade soon.

Not saying there aren't some issues from time to time, but they are swift with fault finding, easy fault reporting through various avenues and prioritize keeping you connected.

It's a great service provider. Every time I have a query, I quickly send a what's app. They normally reply with an automated message saying they are extremely busy, but they have always reply within a minute after a send a message. And they always help you.... Excellent service. Keep it up.
