A lot of ISPs are at the mercy of Fiber providers, most I would guess. AfriHost’s WhatsApp support makes it way more bearable when you are faced with delays from the Fiber provider. Thanks to Refentse M for the great support!

Afrihost is by far the best ISP, I have been with them for many years and have never encountered any problems. The customer service is excellent, you can easily use Whatsapp to contact them if the need arises. I highly recommend using Afrihost above any other ISP 😁

In the current state of service levels in SA it is always a pleasure dealing with Afrihost whom might not always have all the answers or the best answers. But under trying circumstances in the current business environment they sure go that extra mile to make things a little more enjoyable.

They aren't bad but they really need to update and upgrade to be honest, especially the Afrihost app, it doesn't have much you can do on it. Nonetheless they are upcoming so we hope they upgrade soon.

I absolutely love the WhatsApp support line. Sometimes takes a while to connect to an operator, but certainly beats holding on the line listening to bad music, or an operator dropping your call after holding forever!
