I have been with Afrihost for years and years and years. I became a customer after I saw how they supported rural schools with ICT training and infrastructure in 2010. They deliver a solid service. Their online customer portal is easy to navigate - Download your invoice? Easy-peasy! What shines is their customer service. I love being able to get support via WhatsApp chat. The first consultant I talk to can solve all my problems. You don't need to escalate or transfer to someone else. I have only ever needed to speak with my fibre provider once - when we set up the connection in my new house. Afrihost handles the rest. I promise you, you will not get better customer service. Ten stars for Afrihost!

This is the best, yet cheapest IT company. I am a student and I have my own startup company. I am using Afrihost for my web hosting to their free site builder. Everything is working perfectly. Afrihost is the one ISP that does not tie you to them with a long term contract. They even installed my fibre connection and gave me a wifi router free of charge and with absolutely no strings attached. They do however keep you tied to them by providing very good end-user support. There staff members are all knowledgeable, friendly and efficient in the manner in which they provide support.
