No service provider is perfect. But I do always feel that Afrihost trains their staff well, and they try damn hard to resolve problems speedily. My only complaint would be that I absolutely hate trying to resolve issues via WhatsApp rather than speaking to a human on the phone :/ Even so, Afrihost gets my vote!

Honestly, Afrihost is the best there is. I've never used any other hosting company and not planning to either because their service is effective and offers great value for money. And once again I received first class service from Afrihost. All our company websites are with Afrihost and they are our ISP as well. This morning a client contacted our office that he couldn't get onto a website as the AutoSSL certificate for the domain had expired this morning. I sent Afrihost a message on the app at 09H06 and received a message at 09H21 that my website was loading securely again. Thank you Afrihost team!
