Never had such a great experience, end to end before. Ordered online, paid online...took 10 mins. This was at 5am. Got sms to confirm booking, I chose 8am. Got call at 8 from Openserve technician and we scheduled at 11. Technician came and all done in an hour or two. He gave me numbers to WhatsApp. I WhatsApp Afrihost to ask them to please speed up delivery of my router as I run a home business and have been having problem with my Telkom LTE. The very next day router delivered. Connected up. Had speed issue, went back on WhatsApp, chatted and resolved in 5 minutes. Highly recommend Afrihost.

i had payment problems because my bank card expired but the consultant at Afrihost whats app was so helpful. I was sorted out completely. I will advise anyone to make use of Afrihost. They are just great . the response when you have a problem is phenomenal. Come to Afrihost guys!!!!!

Afrihost is great. I now have their fibre and a data sim for my phone. Their service at the Rivonia walk-in centre was welcomin=g, efficient and knowledgeable. Gregory P was beyond patient about answering my questions. Other service staff have kept me updated on the fibre process with calls and emails. Everything has worked seamlessly. And you can talk to a real person if you have a problem. Should have done this years ago.
