Short description, my fiber line was moved from my old location to a new premises. Working with huge amounts of data I've notice slow speeds and did a speed test. The line was underperforming and I contacted my provide, Afrihost. I was assisted via the whatsapp line by Nhlakanipho who was super helpful and assisted promptly. From Afrihost side all was in order and a ticket was logged with the last mile provider to re-provision my line with the correct line speed. Thank you very much for the prompt assistance and support Nhlakanipho, it's much appreciated. Great JOB!

My experience with Afrihost has been amazing, the agents are kind understand your issue and tries to help to the best of their ability. Unfortunately Openserve makes their jobs a bit harder... Amazing team @ Afrihost: Sfiso M, Siphamandla N, Siphiwe M. I've dealt with these 3 agents and they clearly show that Afrihost is a top notch company. @ Management well done on having these amazing agents, I'm sure the company is overrun with top staff. I spoke to Apelele, at Afrihost this morning, I have never encountered such friendly nature and people that can take a joke. This person helped me with everything I asked for, and actually I had a smile on my face. I can truly say, if this is how they treat you then there service should definitely be the same. I can surely recommend this service provider.. They are surely GREAT and Apelele, YOU RULE!
