I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from Afrihost today. I ordered a fibre package with Afrihost today and the fibre line was installed on the same day! The Whatsapp is a great improvement, takes the emotion out of it. Afrihost training must be good as their call centre staff is of the best. Through all my dealings with Afrihost, over the last few years, I have never had a concern and there team’s professionalism, skipping the chit chat getting the job is commendable.

I was an mweb customer. Incredible wait times to get a chat going, and then supa slow chat responses. I looked at webafrica ... Didn't like the R1000 termination fee. I tried Axxess,... Incredibly slow and long waits to get to a service agent, who was servicing multiple people at the same time. A conversation that should take 3 minutes taking 15 , at the time when I was trying to give them money. Afrihost worlds apart. Used the whattsapp tool and was in contact with a focused representative almost immediately. Got the fiber deal I wanted and am sorted. Goodbye mweb, hello happy days.

I have been a customer of Afrihost for web services for some time but only recently moved my fibre to them - PURE JOY (with past experience and even more now). As a Marketing & Communications Strategist and very much in the market, I congratulate Afrihost enormously on their 'Pure Internet Joy' campaign - mostly because it is so clear and on-point, expertly communicated and - most importantly - delivers fully on the promise.
