I've been with Afrihost since about August or so 2024. I moved in to a new house and Afrihost made it easy enough for me to take over the account of the previous owner, ensuring there's no violation of private information for either the previous owner or myself. Since then, I've been pretty happy with Afrihost. I've had little to no downtime over the years and when I need assistance, they're pretty helpful.

Awaiting a SIM card for my recently applied contract - the staff have been extremely efficient and courteous-.The response via Whats App chat and telephonically have been really great. There seems to be an issue with Courier It delivering the SIM from their Durban branch so this needs to be looked into by Afrihost - possibly change your courier company as they are ' dropping the ball ' here !
