First time using Afrihost with a new private internet connection with new router and VOIP phone. I was kept up to date on every step of the process. Products were delivered on time and the installation team arrived on time and got everything set up in minutes. And when I called the Afrihost Whatsapp line to get my VOIP phone registered, they responded in seconds and patiently talked me thorough the steps until all was working perfectly. Really impressed. Best service I have ever experienced. I would strongly recommend them!

Been trying to get fibre installed at a holiday apartment in the coast Contacted Webafrica and agent was immediately available to process my order and contract Been trying to get a status of connection is a nightmare …. On 2 occasions . Best ISP I've ever dealt with! MWeb is useless, waited a week for any form of response, when I got a response it was to late! Because while waiting for mweb I simply downloaded the Afrihost App, added my address, selected a package, and within a day or two everything was sorted!! If I ever need any help, I simply request a callback on their App, and no longer than 5min later an agent will call me! Hands down best service ever!!!!!
