So far so good. Ordered my fibre on Tuesday. All was up and running on Friday. Their service is a refreshing uplifting hope for customer service in South Africa. They make use of latest technologies and processes. Only criticism would be to have a status update on each step, to remind one what is next and what is to be done, but their response time on enquiring is fast and on the ball. Lets hope the service standard are maintained in my new relationship with Afrihost and Octotel. Bye bye Telkom it has been awful. Hello super fast internet.

I had a fault with my fibre connection this morning and reported it at 10:30am. I was really expecting to wait a few days before the issue was resolved. But, not even 3 hours later, the technician has been out and sorted my problem. I am very impressed with both Afrihost and Openserv.
