I was not happy with some of the service under lockdown. Today I was given proper service and follow-ups without me even expecting the follow-up. Fair is fair, I gave them a bad rating when I wasn't happy. I have to give them 5 stars based on today's service as well as the good service in the last year.

Doesn't matter what time of the day it is - Afrihost is there to assist - I had late night problems and they still called back - the WhatsApp service is brilliant - quick and easy! I have had nothing but great service from Afrihost in the 3 years i have been with them! Thanks Afrihost and keep up your GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Problems may occur occasionally but friendly, well trained support staff is always handy and capable of helping. Where as other ISP's I previously contracted with I had to wait days on end to get any help, with Afrihost I get immediate support, that's a win in my books.
