It’s the way to go. So happy a tech savvy friend recommended them years ago. I also manage our business phones via the app which is easy to navigate.

I called in and then was directed to use the chat platform. I was a bit apprehensive at first but then I found the agents to be very helpful. They did not just tell me to do a standard router reboot, she kept asking me to run a few tests and even though she got me to realise a higher speed, she went the extra mile and checked the settings on her end and got me the actual speed I was paying for. Well done Afrihost, great platform and good on you for getting competent staff on the frontline. I would recommend Afrihost to anyone.
