I've really not had any issues with Afrihost. When there are outages, they manage to get it fixed fairly quickly. They give constant updates on fixes. Their Whatsapp help is also very good. There has never been a time where they could not help me over Whatsapp to resolve my connection issues. All the staff have been kind so far.

I’d like to commend the support I received. The representative quickly recognized that I’m familiar with routers and computers, and went the extra mile by thoroughly testing my internet connection. He provided clear instructions for running trace routes, asked me to share screenshots of the results, and performed additional checks to ensure the issue was properly addressed.

Great customer service. I don't have to stay on the line for consultants. I can easily communicate via WhatsApp and it save me time and money. The previous service provider made me to wait when I called and I had to buy a lot of airtime to call them. I am happy with Afrihost.
