Their feedback on open requests is impeccable. Moving over from Vodacom fibre to Afrihost has been the best move. Looking forward to having them as our ISP. Been with Afrihost for years. I generally don't think of them as my connection just works. On the rare instance where I do need to reach out for help, they are always attentive, friendly, and provide very effective support.

Service is always really good and they've proven reliable over the last 2 years. My only issue is that their phone lines don't work on holidays and weekends. They do have a very helpful WhatsApp help centre that's available daily, but it also has shorter hours on weekends and holidays. So if you have an issue on a holiday, depending on the time, you might have to sit tight until normal business hours
