I didn't know half of what I was being asked to do, but he/she took the time to send me screenshots of what they were referencing making the process of my troubleshooting easier. As he/she couldn't assist me, in finding what the problem with my line is, not only die he/she escalate my problem, but also informed it as a priority as I explained I work from home and need my line without issues as I have to log into a Vietnam server to do my work. Great company. When migrating fibre just make sure you use the WhatsApp help to follow up regularly. If you leave them they will leave you for weeks without fibre with no updates when your line was active the whole time.
