I was assisted by Lethukuthula. I didn't know half of what I was being asked to do, but he/she took the time to send me screenshots of what they were referencing making the process of my troubleshooting easier. As he/she couldn't assist me, in finding what the problem with my line is, not only die he/she escalate my problem, but also informed it as a priority as I explained I work from home and need my line without issues as I have to log into a Vietnam server to do my work. Our whole chat took an hour to get through with all the screenshots and him/her waiting for me patiently, I never once felt like I was dumb for not understanding the process. Great company. When migrating fibre just make sure you use the WhatsApp help to follow up regularly. If you leave them they will leave you for weeks without fibre with no updates when your line was active the whole time.
