Great customer service experience I have received by Tumelo(technical dept) he went over and above to assist me even after his shift. That young man kept to his word when he said he needs to leave but will give me a call once he gets home and thats what he did,a man of his word. From an educational point of view, I feel companies should help educate people regarding Wi-Fi, internet of things. For those who are less tech savvy customers and just wish that a product should work will dread using optic fiber, especially when setting up devices that might seem challenging if not intimidating. I feel that field agents should be on the field to help speed up any problems. Customers can lose patience with poor responses and service on the ground.
