Lesson learnt no amount of yelling will make the process move any faster, the process moves at the correct pace we need to move with it. Remember to ask loads of questions they answer all of them. So while this is a five star rating it is not for Afrihost, their incompetence and lack of support is astonishing. Truly I’ve never been more disappointed in with customer service ever, however if you are having problems, just ask for Buitomelo when you give them a call. She resolved my issue in minutes whereas collectively it took everyone before that 5 days to address my issue. Buitomelo seems to be the only competent and informed customer service assistant in that entire place.

Poor service from the Agents I dealt with when cancelling my account. Dealt with 2 different Agents both on phone and WhatsApp, they showed no empathy and poor customer experience. I was relocating and needed my current line to cancelled which they could not help without any attempt to do so. Now I am unable to cancel my Telkom line because Afrihost is unable to release the line from their side even though I no longer am using their services. In this time and age, I find this customer experience extremely poor. Won't be returning back to Afrihost in my new residence just because of this poor experience.
