All consultants are very friendly and kind, they're very responsive and forever ensures you understand they are working to resolve what your issues are by constantly checking in on the customer. I requested for an immediate call back service at 22:11 and the a lady called me immediately. To be honest my experience was amazing. Getting a new sim for a project and required it ASAP. Onndwela (Afrihost) helped to get it ready with in 2 minutes. Pending to ready for collection. I have been amazed and wish everything in South Africa worked this well. Even my experience when I went to collect the simcard 5minutes after it was approved was quick and painless. In and out within 5 minutes. And then activating the sim, inserted it into the phone and 3 minutes done I could browse. Inserted into the Reyee EW300T Router and done I had internet. No additional APN confg or anything. Really really amazing by Afrihost, not one hickup, and to be honest I never rated Afrihost this highly. Will consider Afrihost for all my upcoming internet requirements
