I have been with Afrihost for years and years and years. I became a customer after I saw how they supported rural schools with ICT training and infrastructure in 2010. They deliver a solid service. Their online customer portal is easy to navigate - Download your invoice? Easy-peasy! What shines is their customer service. I love being able to get support via WhatsApp chat. The first consultant I talk to can solve all my problems. You don't need to escalate or transfer to someone else. I have only ever needed to speak with my fibre provider once - when we set up the connection in my new house. Afrihost handles the rest. I promise you, you will not get better customer service. Ten stars for Afrihost!

Everyone online: Try Bluehost. Yep. Minimum one year contract. Afrihost: Just pay for whatever is left over of the month! Then monthly. No contract. And cheap. The Whatsapp help is great, and friendly. And their data is cheap and available in many formats. Where I live, LTE data with MTN is available. Also no contract. Beat that Bluehost, Hostinger, whatever. But hey, it's South African. What do you expect.
