In the 7 years that I have been a client, I have only had two days that the fiber was out due to a connection of the actually. I have added more lines and they seem to be the quickest of the ISPs for new installation in new areas additionally I have never had any admin issues with billing or other problems that arise from dealing with Openserve (in all my cases)

Moved to Cape Town and there was a different ISP at the premises, tried to contact them to take over the line as the previous owner had no issues with them? Tried to contact them a couple of times and kept forwarded to a bott, 10 min on WhatsApp then the call gets closed?
So I contacted Afrihost, they got me up and running in under 24 hours. They had to get the line forcefully taken over as the owner was in his notice period.
Was always kept in the loop on email. Good work from the sales and technical team.
