I've been considering moving over to fibre, and naturally I tried various ISPs of which I encountered a technical issue and received no favorable help, told that it just means that I don't have coverage and it was just left at that. No resolve. I tried Afrihost eventually, encountered the same technical issue and instead of sending me away or killing my spirit - 2 agents helped me. The first Agent (Reabetswe M) logged the ticket of my issue to relevant departments. The second Agent (Hopewell M) tracked my case and gave me an update instantly. And once again I received first class service from Afrihost. All our company websites are with Afrihost and they are our ISP as well. This morning a client contacted our office that he couldn't get onto a website as the AutoSSL certificate for the domain had expired this morning. I sent Afrihost a message on the app at 09H06 and received a message at 09H21 that my website was loading securely again. Thank you Afrihost team!
