I've never had to call or send an email. I get swift, adequate assistance on WhatsApp. They are very helpful. I visited their office in Joburg to collect my router. Ordered it via WhatsApp in the morning and got it same day. Their office is nice, ambience was lovely. I was in and out in 15mins. I also received assistance via WhatsApp to login and connect my router. I used to use Mweb for over 10years and Afrihost is so much better customer service wise and has more affordable packages. I really hope they maintain this quality of service.

My line with RSAWeb was cancelled. I've been very disappointed by their service lately. Their pricing didn't link accordingly with their service levels.

The entire morning I was battling to get confirmation from Supersonic regarding my order. I phoned, but no answer. I sent WhatsApp messages, no reply. I cancelled my order with Supersonic.

I signed up with Afrihost. My fiber line was activated same day and my router arranged.

After I failed to connect the router for WiFi, Afrihost assisted me to connect my existing router so we can have WiFi while waiting for the new router. Quick and effective assistance received.

I received my router. I had challenges with the settings and Ricky took me step by step via WhatsApp. I'm sorted and everything is in order.
I haven't experienced this level of service in a very long time.
Afrihost is the service provider you need. Their service levels are very high, support staff are quick and efficient. They easily get a 10/10 rating from me.
I have faster Mbps at a cheaper rate with Afrihost and excellent service on top of it. That's a powerful combination to have 💪🏽💯

I have to place on record, I am over excited and satisfied with the impeccable service from afrihost and the after hours service is excellent, I have spoken to few consultants and said to them they must report my good rating to their manager's.
I'm amazed, my order was delivered and installed and activated in a week. The installation and delivery process was quick. I have referred my neighbor to sign up with you guys and helped him with the signing up process on the online application.
Please keep your standards high at all times, I must admit the afrihost App is user friendly and everything as a client we need to know is on it.
