From Lindokuhle, the agent who assisted me via WhatsApp, to James at the gate, the lady at the front desk (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch), and Happy, the gentleman who assisted me at collections. always give fast and greate support and love the fact you can message them on whats app the longest i have waited is 10min but most of the time it has 0-4min. Yes it can be instant , and I you can tell that they have had real training and are not just reading from a script Like some MassiveWEB providers ;) .
