I have been with Afrihost for over 6 years. I have used them both on site and telephonically. Now the new one is via WhatsApp and I have only had excellent service with them. There operators are friendly and make you feel part of the Afrihost family. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My mobile wi-fi works perfectly and so does my email and all my domains work well as well. So I kind of have numerous products of theirs. Give them a try as I would use them again and again. I have been using Afrihost for a number of years (Fibre via Frogfoot) and have now added Airmobile to the mix. Any issues / queries are resolved efficiently via a dedicated WhatsApp chat with a real person (lol) and not a bot. The only problem I have is that if there is an issue after hours, on weekends or public holidays then one can't get the problem resolved until normal working hours resume. Though I must say this has happened few and far between and is sometimes resolved before the need to contact them. I still rate them 5 stars though.
