Sometimes there are some issues, but not enough for me to make their service any less than a 5. And when there are problems it's out of anyone's hands, but Afrihost still works tirelessly to fix it ASAP. And every time I have needed support help they were able to help me in less than an hour. Truly fantastic.

I needed assistance. Contacted Afrihost via their WhatsApp helpline. Query was handled promptly and professionally by knowledgeable agent (Thabiso D). Given the attitude of so many other 'service' (?) providers, this was a very pleasant surprise.

I have been an Afrihost client for years and have encouraged many a family member to use them as their ISP as well. More often than not, their products just work. When it doesn't - it's both easy to report and feedback is quick. And best of all, their systems and product offerings are actually in the client's interest - no long contract terms, you can get any product month to month. It's simple and frictionless to cancel or downgrade/upgrade products on the app.

Still VERY happy I chose Afrihost, I'm on a neighborhood whatsapp group, the amount of times people post, asking if anyone else are having wifi/internet problems in our area, and we're just fine, like nope we're good, no issues our side...
