From an educational point of view, I feel companies should help educate people regarding Wi-Fi, internet of things. For those who are less tech savvy customers and just wish that a product should work will dread using optic fiber, especially when setting up devices that might seem challenging if not intimidating. I feel that field agents should be on the field to help speed up any problems. Customers can lose patience with poor responses and service on the ground.

My line had just been activated, but I needed to have the router from Afrihost in order to actually connect to the internet despite the line being "active". Dineo M assisted me to set up my current router to ensure that I have access to the internet until the router from Afrihost arrives! 10 stars!!! Patience and outstanding customer service!! I’ve been an unhappy Telkom customer for a while now and after joining Afrihost they made Telkom’s customers service seem non-existent. I am very happy with Afrihost’s WhatsApp chat platform and the swift response to your queries. Also with their new Pure DSL say goodbye to landlines and the grip that Telkom had on the industry. Thank you Afrihost for this initiative and always evolving with new and exciting ideas to always put your customers first. You guys rock!!!!!!
