This rating is only related to the set up process. Afrihost were efficient in getting me set up and connected. We had to go through the process of configuring my router once we knew the ONT was operating normally. It was fast and efficient and I absolutely know if I had been with a few providers I’d previously tried, this would not have been done

I had a problem with my infrastructure - the cable itself and I was able to chat to a representative of Afrihost via WhatsApp who logged a technician, gave me a reference number- and sorted me out in 5minutes. Not used to this level of service in SA and pleasantly surprised!

Been with Afrihost/Vumatel for 2 years and I must say I’ve never had an issue that wasn’t their fault. Usually in my area it’s damaged lines etc. My speeds are always consistent and such. Support is quick to answer and email correspondence is as equally fast sometimes I send an email and get a response back within minutes.
