I signed up for a cloud hosting server package 3 days ago. Received an email saying that the server is ready and I can access it via the login details attached. I tried accessing the server and I am unable to connect. After NUMEROUS emails, support tickets, Whats Apps, Phone calls and even trying to get support on facebook messenger... The server is still not working and all I'm hearing the whole time is the problem will be escalated or that someone in second level support will get back to me, which never happens. Just spoke to hosting support again, and after 2 days, I only find out now that apparently an account manager need to be assigned ot my server in order to allocate a Cpanel... how is it possible that after 2 days of multiple emails and support request, theres only one person being able to tell me this????? I am still waiting for the server to work. Update: This issue was sorted out so I updated my review.

For the past years I've been with Afrihost, I am highly pleased with their service, when there is an outage of some sort they would let their clients know.

Been with afrihost for a few years now. Products are easy to sign up for and they respond quickly when you reach out for help. I've had their mobile data, DSL and fibre packages and I have been satisfied with each product purchased.

Afrihost's Webhosting is really good, their product offerings are great (we have upgraded three times seamlessly as our email demands were getting bigger) and their customer assistance via WhatsApp messenger is excellent! 10 out of 10 for Afrihost!
