She understood my issue and informed me that my incident had been logged for the technician. They will respond or visit if needed to resolve the problem. My 2 year LTE contract with a mobile service provider ended in March 2020 - about the time when we had a national lockdown because of Covid-19. I have then decided to take the fibre option from one of the big cellular providers. These guys sent me from pillar to POST with the router, the temporary LTE and getting me up and running. When I contacted Afrihost, I have been assisted telephonically to determine my requirements. They've handled all the admin of cancelling the service which I did not receive from the other service provider and I have received my router on the same day. Afrihost did not dissapoint! It was the first time that I have received such great and quality service from a big brand in South Africa!!! I was able to work from home, with quality high speed internet!!! Afrihost really are one of the best ISP’s. I tried signing up to a competitor who claim to be the best but they could not even get my order placed correctly when I moved homes. The competitors only way of communication was via messaging and the agents never responded in time. Afrihost was very different, they went above and beyond to get me connected despite line transfer challenges. Keep it up 💪❤️
