Great customer service! You can't expect any ISP to be perfect, there'll always be technical issues of some sort. But Afrihost handles these issues the best out of any ISP I've ever dealt with

I have been using Afrihost for a number of years (Fibre via Frogfoot) and have now added Airmobile to the mix. Any issues / queries are resolved efficiently via a dedicated WhatsApp chat with a real person (lol) and not a bot. The only problem I have is that if there is an issue after hours, on weekends or public holidays then one can't get the problem resolved until normal working hours resume. Though I must say this has happened few and far between and is sometimes resolved before the need to contact them. I still rate them 5 stars though.

No issues and always connected if you are going to be offline because of maintenance they will let you know in advance. Also very helpful helpdesk.
