For me, the key thing with ISPs is availability of support when the connectivity has issues. Afrihost’s support is on point. The fact that we can text on whatsapp makes things much easier, even better than they’re available even after hours (upto 19:30 during the week). The constant and timely updates for network issues helps ease frustrations when internet connection suddenly dies.

Once again, I found out why I deeply regretted changing ISP's and not stayed with Afrihost. I am currently in a serious debacle and battle with another ISP. A person can never reach anyone and if you are connected on a chat, your answers never receive a straight answer, unlike Afrihost.
