I have been with Afrihost for many years, and it's been amazing! Network problems are almost nonexistent. I've probably had one issue for about 5 minutes in the last three years. My only complaint is that they offer nice promotions/specials to potentially new customers, but kind of neglect their existing customers with promotions/specials.

I have been with Afrihost since they started for first Adsl and now fibre . I have always been very happy with their good service. We have had very few problems over the years and when we have had the odd intermittent issue, they have resolved it immediately. Their WhatsApp chat platform is very effective. I dealt with Tumelo T on netflix's infamous error code nw-2-5. Honestly the best experience with a technical agent. Tumelo was thorough and considerate throughout, ensuring all changes reflected and updated. Sure, it felt like going through the wringer of a compsci paper mess but damn if it wasn't Handled.
