I've been a client of Afrihost since it's inception in Mitchell's Plain , Mitchell's plain Fibre then it changed now to Vuma Reach. I started off with the normal 20mpbs line and just today upgraded to the 100mbps line due to us having and getting to many gadgets over the years that needs wifi. My experience thus far has been great 👍 no real issues that wasn't handled promptly and efficiently by the Afrihost staff. They also have a dedicated watsup line which I use at times. So far so good , ive never had big problems or problems like my other friends had. And they deduct their monthly installments from my bank account every month so I don't struggle with vouchers and loading like some of my friends do. So Afrihost keep up the good work, I'm happy as can be 100%

Clientzone takes the hassle away of calling in and their whatsapp options answers any questions or issues quickly. Afrihost is a great service provider, very happy with our fibre at this time.

I've been with afrihost since I got fiber in 11 days money issues that is taken report on service is good I get free upgrades from time to time I would definitely recommend them as a service provider

Excellent service from your team. These products are all about service, you can have the best products but without this level of service you are just like everyone else.
I had a few small problems getting going but every member of staff that I had contact with went above and beyond to get a solution.
I was a customer of yours twice before but left due to you not having the product I needed at the time not due to service problems.
Maybe can you have some photos of your various teams and team members so we can put faces to the team member behind the voice or words on the Whatsapp or email.

In the 7 years that I have been a client, I have only had two days that the fiber was out due to a connection of the actually. I have added more lines and they seem to be the quickest of the ISPs for new installation in new areas additionally I have never had any admin issues with billing or other problems that arise from dealing with Openserve (in all my cases)
