I called in and then was directed to use the chat platform. I was a bit apprehensive at first but then I found the agents to be very helpful. They did not just tell me to do a standard router reboot, she kept asking me to run a few tests and even though she got me to realise a higher speed, she went the extra mile and checked the settings on her end and got me the actual speed I was paying for. Well done Afrihost, great platform and good on you for getting competent staff on the frontline. I would recommend Afrihost to anyone.

Good day It's always a pleasure for me when I queried something with Afrihost they always come back to me. If asked them to give me a call back they do that and is always helpful. I can say the same when chatting on WhatsApp. I remember when I forgot to transfer my money from my one account so the money could be debited and my wifi was disconnected, I used the app to asked to give me a call and they were professional with their assistance and I was sorted immediately, great service.
