Their WhatsApp chat service is amazing.. a wonderful staff member was able to assist me on a Sunday morning to get me set up and answer my questions.. its very rare to receive service like this.. thanks AfriHost!

So far out of all the ISP providers I have used, I recommend Afrihost solely for their communication. It is generally so difficult to get something sorted or get ahold of someone but never had a problem here. Within 5 minutes I have my answers on a Whatsapp chat which to me is really convenient. Never had a problem with my speed or connection either. Highly recommend.

Installation was on time, neatly done and connection activated with no troubles. Thank you Afrihost. Moving to a new installation address soon, let's hope the infrastructure provider is as switched on as Afrihost ISP services :-) One year later, Afrihost significantly upgraded the speed on more than one occasion, while keeping the cost the same. Service requests were attended to promptly and easily - the WhatsApp chat service channel is a winner! Very effective, and much more convenient than holding the line and burning airtime. Still a happy customer!

Afrihost is amazing. Speeds, no throttling, no issues. I even once was in the process of changing bank accounts and my debit order had not moved over yet, they didn't suspend services and gave me a further 19 days to pay the arrears. No other service provider does that. The support for customers are second to none. I had issues early on a Sunday morning, which was no fault of Afrihost but rather Openserve, but one Whatsapp message and an actual human being was on the opposite end of the chat and was able to update me on the Openserve issue, ETR and even apologized for the inconvenience caused which was no fault of Afrihost. Service like this is very hard to come by. Keep up the great service and work.
