Afrihost one technical issue with the router not authenticating and one general inquiry, dealt with efficiently and quickly and that is why I use them as my preferred provider. Problem solved in a few minutes and no lengthy delay on the phone as the call was answered within a few rings.

Thank you for your help. The service has been outstanding! I signed up with RSA web last week with a promise it would Activated on the 15th, when I called them yesterday they were still busy with the process and said they still needed to do an affordability check lol, I cancelled last night and signed up with afrihost and within 24 hours I have fibre. Something they couldn't do in 7 days you guys didn't in 24 hours. You guys are really awesome!

Their personalised WhatsApp system js a game changer for me. I wasn’t dealing with a bot but an actual person who could guide me. The consultant over WhatsApp was super knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Given the complexity of the matter it took hours but they were there guiding me every step of the way.
