Have always been impressed with service from Afrihost. After almost 2 decades I'm sad to cancel service. If I can in the future I'll happily reinstate.

Just want to know if anyone could advise. Is it protocol to get billed for a service before Afrihost router got delivered? Pro rata amount was deducted from bank but it is unclear how long will I actually have to wait for delivery. So you have already paid for a service that you don't have.
