Afrihost has been an excellent provider. Their communication channels are effective and they are prompt and you interact with humans not robots. I would highly recommend Afrihost as a fibre provider.

I've been an Afrihost client for a number of years now, first with an adsl account and then hosting my email domain. I've always found them to be efficient and very helpful. I only wish I had used them when I changed to fibre and not Telkom!

My isp is Afrihost but the fibre through Vuma. I never have issues with Afrihost. Always a lovely interaction with the agents. Vumatel seems to be the issue. I have had no internet for a few days now. This is not the first tike this has happened. Last time i was without internet for 14 days. And i not provided an extension or "free" month for the 14 day loss. Anyway. Afrihost has been absolutely fantastic with every interaction.
