I love Afrihost. I've been with them for years and haven't experienced major issues. I always receive excellent, friendly and efficient service from the Customer Support Center and would strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a service provider that gets the job done in a quick and efficient manner. You can chat with them via WhatsApp too. It takes seconds to get in touch with a call centre operator and they are actually human! :-)

I have been with Afrihost for more than 5 years. Their customer focus is unmatched. In 2020 I transferred one of my domains away from Afrihost to another service provider. Within a few months I regretted leaving Afrihost. The customer service at this new service provider was very poor, sometimes it would take a day for them to respond to queries and the only channel to lodge a query was through email. Granted, their hosting package that I wanted was a bit cheaper by about R100. I soon learned that with some services you get what you pay for. I made a decision to transfer my domain back to Afrihost for great quality of service and I'm not trusting anyone with my webhosting needs for now. Afrihost are my go to guys, where I know that issues are attended to speedily. Keep up the great service guys!

Simply the best for a startup that cant afford to hire big developers. Afrihost has an easy to use interface, their customer service is great... there is no way you would leave without being assisted to some degree

Love the fact that Afrihost returns a WhatsApp within minutes Their staff knows the products and services excellent. And the fact that if you still old school like me that sometimes want to speak to a person not a bot … they have actual support personnel that you can speak to…. Not a bot that frustrates the living hell of you and asking a whole lot of stupid questions not relates to your issue

Good service provider with a personal touch from the CEO. Any problems I have are generally solved rapidly with little more than a WhatsApp. Line is stable and I always have the speed I pay for.
