Afrihost one technical issue with the router not authenticating and one general inquiry, dealt with efficiently and quickly and that is why I use them as my preferred provider. Problem solved in a few minutes and no lengthy delay on the phone as the call was answered within a few rings.

It's a great service provider. Every time I have a query, I quickly send a what's app. They normally reply with an automated message saying they are extremely busy, but they have always reply within a minute after a send a message. And they always help you.... Excellent service. Keep it up.

I am truly satisfied with Afrihost's service. Not once but 3 times have they solved things that other ISP have not been able to help us with and we wait weeks on end for something to happen. Problems may occur occasionally but friendly, well trained support staff is always handy and capable of helping. Where as other ISP's I previously contracted with I had to wait days on end to get any help, with Afrihost I get immediate support, that's a win in my books.
