Sure, they cost slightly more than say their 'sister' company BUT if you need to understand, when it comes to security... they are doing it right. Don't use an ISP which do not offer Two-Factor [at the very least] Authentication. Highly recommended.

When it doesn't - it's both easy to report and feedback is quick. And best of all, their systems and product offerings are actually in the client's interest - no long contract terms, you can get any product month to month. I've been with Afrihost since back in the dialup modem days and later also ADSL. I had to switch however to another ISP when we got fibre as Afrihost didn't service our area at the time. However, my experience with them were never as good as with Afrihost and when Afrihost did eventually offer fibre services on our Vumatel infrastructure, I was eager to jump back - and have been happy ever since.
