Afrihost has been my cost-effective Internet Service Provider of choice for a few years and the mobile wireless connection has always been fast and reliable; the accounts and invoices clear and prompt; and service responses to queries when required efficient. Once again, I found out why I deeply regretted changing ISP's and not stayed with Afrihost. I am currently in a serious debacle and battle with another ISP. A person can never reach anyone and if you are connected on a chat, your answers never receive a straight answer, unlike Afrihost. Went on their whatsapp chat tonight, answered the initial questions, posed my questions and within minutes I received all the information I needed. I can't wait for the end of August 2025 to go back to Afrihost. Will recommend Afrihost to everyone and anyone that is looking for a solid, professional ISP that gets the job done!!
