I recently had to move my line, and from the moment I placed the request right through to the installation and connection, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. I was assisted by Nomvuyiso via WhatsApp, and the service I received was outstanding. He was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful, explaining everything clearly and guiding me through the process step by step. It’s rare to experience such excellent customer service these days, and Afrihost truly exceeded my expectations. I honestly can’t see myself using any other service provider again. Will never use another service provider. My internet is currently down. This is however a Telkom problem. The way Afrihost attend to my problem shows that they care about their clients. Hope to be online soon

I enjoy interacting with the Whatsapp service of Afrihost, the more I have used it the more I find I understand of what I am trying to achieve with hosting, security. Although sometimes it may take a while for the assistant to be available, once they are attending to your enquiry, they are fully on board and very attentive to assist. It's a good experience.
