Had problem with wifi connectivity when I woke up on the morning of 12/01/25. Had no internet access and was unable to get agents outside of the operating times. Did leave a request for call back and waited for WhatsApp line to be opened at 7am. They called me very quickly shortly after 7am and also had an agent on WhatsApp assisting me and they rectified my connection which was a glitch on their side. Very professional and patient team.
