Their personalised WhatsApp system js a game changer for me. I wasn’t dealing with a bot but an actual person who could guide me. The consultant over WhatsApp was super knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Given the complexity of the matter it took hours but they were there guiding me every step of the way. Been having wifi issues on fibre for a while. Contacted Afrihost via their whatsapp channel and was professionally assisted by Nonjabulo (for an hour). Tested the line using a laptop with their guidance and confirmed the fibre and speed are what I am paying for. The problem is the router! New one ordered, also with their assistance. One happy customer in the end.
