I just want to say how happy I am with afrihost.
In 2019 when I moved house and I had to change to a different ISP due to cost of installation via vumatel etc. long story.
I was sad to let afrihost go.
Now being in a position of going back to afrihost they are not disappointing my decision.
Having issues with migration as previous ISP is not releasing the line.
Afrihost (which I am technically not a client of yet) is bending backwards to get my problems sorted.
Thank you afrihost for confirming my decision with such great service.

Ordered Pure Fibre 20 on 3 Dec. Openserve called on the 4th to schedule install and installed today 7 Dec. Just activated the my Fibre on my old B315 LTE router and it works! (while I wait for the new router I ordered to arrive). Love the WhatsApp support line, very quick responses. Love the ClientZone website. That was quick and painless!

Afrihost has been my service provider since fibre was installed in my area 2 years' ago. They are rarely down and are very quick to assist when I have had the odd connectivity issue. They have excellent after sales tech support. I've had no issues updated domain information or getting assistance with my website that they host. Highly recommend Afrihost.

Great Fibre internet service on Openserve overhead cables since 2019. Very easy WhatsApp line for queries.
Only 2 outages which were with Openserve. Resolved within a morning.
