Afrihost customer service is fantastic and it has been a pleasure to start an account and deal with them and their superb deals. HOWEVER, one of the courier companies that they use is useless and has a terrible rating so I am not sure why they still use them. Really puts a damper on the great service from Afrihost. Hoping if anyone sees this they can be aware, and also, if someone at Afrihost is reading this perhaps its something to reconsider as I am imagine I am not the only person who has had issues with Courier-it.

Moving house at the age of 80 can be quite a challenge! Disrupted comms when the move is protracted can make the experience worse! A good service provider is essential.

Recently signed up for Afrihost fibre to the home (pure fiber 10/10) through vumatel. Very easy setup and installation. I collected the router and set it up myself at home with help via WhatsApp. Friendly and helpful staff. Need to test speed once all my devices are up and running. But so far so good! Long may it last

I was amazed at the outstanding level of customer service I received on a Saturday late afternoon, when their offices are supposedly closed.
