I needed help setting up my Outlook email. There was a bit of a hiccup, because I needed to follow steps regarding updating my password on the Clientzone and re-entering new logins on AfriHost in order to active my Outlook mail. The Whatsapp is a great improvement, takes the emotion out of it. Afrihost training must be good as their call centre staff is of the best. Through all my dealings with Afrihost, over the last few years, I have never had a concern and there team’s professionalism, skipping the chit chat getting the job is commendable.
