Yesterday i had problems with activation of my WIFI a guy called Simon was my consaltant who called after i sent a please call he then called me again to try fix it i was a little on the edge but he never gave up till my problem was solved. Asked my previous ISP provider to move my connection to a new location, giving them a month and a half notice of the move, after 10 days after the move and nothing happening apart from they will escalate the problem, I cancelled with them, and contacted Afrihost, everything was done quickly and efficiently, and best of all they kept me informed of the progress .
