My rating is based on the waiting time and the process of being served.
They ask for your name when you come in but you don't get allocated a number and reception doesn't ask what your query is. Can't you assign a ticket to the customer like the banks do? Surely it's not that complicated...

Afrihost's Support is the BEST probally in the worls, all their Agents are both Professional & Helpfull, Afrihost just needs to match the prices offered by Webafrica Whose Customer support is disapointing and they would have everyone come to Afrihost. I regret moving to webafrica because i dint know how bad their support is till it was too late, but because of the price difference i had to stay for now, im eagerly watching Afrihost's prices, as soon as they match what im geting at webafrica, i ill definately move.

I used WhatsApp to communicate with Jessica S from Afrihost. The experience was a breeze she helped me every step of the way. I would highly recommend Afrihost because most companies that supply fibre you cannot get in touch with them at all if you need any assistance.

We had problems with our Router rebooting at random. We then asked Afrihost if they can replace the router but unfortunately the warranty expired a year ago. I told Afrihost that I want to cancel because any other ISP will give me a free router if I sign up with them. A sales rep phoned me today very professionally telling me that they will give me a free router I just have to pay for delivery which is fine with me and bonus they will give me an extra month free of internet if I just stay with them!!! Really good service and really went the extra mile for me!!! thnx Afrihost well deserved 5 star!

I've been with so many providers over the years and it's taken me this long (and many grey hairs) to finally come around to Afrihost. Their service is next level. Probably what it should be but after having so many issues with everyone from Vox to Telkom to Frog to You Name It, just getting this feels like a dream. Their customer service is real time and efficient. Their connectivity is virtually uninterrupted. Any questions or issues are resolved promptly via Whatsapp or they'll call you if it needs more assistance. The ClientZone makes it easy to navigate and manage your account, invoices, credits, etc. I'll never stop recommending Afrihost as the internet service provider of choice. They're far superior to anything else out there.
