Unlike other providers, when there's outages, which do happen, Afrihost is very quick to resolve them with little to no connection interuptions when a problem is being resolved. Stable fibre line, good ping. Afrihost delivers on what they promise and you get what you pay for, which is still the best price out there for the outstanding quality of service you recieve!

I had a problem with intermittent connection and speed, and when I contacted Afrihost and see I need to communicate via WhatsApp I thought this is going to be a disaster l, but it was totally the opposite, sufficient and they solved my problem without any headaches Athzr was the technical person that dealt with my problem and a big thumbs up to him, really friendly and he does not let you feel like an idiot seeing that not all of us is IT guru's, some of us is still a bit BC. Big thumbs up for Afrihost I would recommend them as a service provider any day. Good products, well priced and awesome service and support. Support is from 07:00 to 20:00. Really a convenient company to do business with.
