Have had my fair share of bad experience with ISPs but I’m glad to commend both VUMA and Afrihost for a really speedy fault logging and resolution. I had connectivity drop completely on Friday evening. Logged a call via WhatsApp on Saturday morning, the Afrihost technician was very polite and I got a reply indicating it would be attended to within 3 working days. Quite a bummer given we work from home. Literally 2 hours later, a VUMA technician was on site. He troubleshooted for about 3 hours and then suggested he come back the following day to try one more option. He came back on Sunday and confirmed the problem was a configuration one. This morning, Monday, I gave the feedback to Afrihost and Jehan assisted in reconfig and voila I’m sorted. I was impressed with the quick responses and commitment to solving the problem. Thanks to both VUMA and Afrihost.

The support or help service seems to be more focused toward beginners and new clients and there are a few too many processes to have to navigate through before you can get to experienced support staff (from a Reseller or experienced user Perspective) but as I say, getting better every day.
