Excellent customer services and very very speedy. I signed up yesterday. The customer journey was seamless as it took me 5min to sign up. Router has been delivered. Additional questions and updates already made. Literally just waiting on the Network Provider to contact me. Portia M was also very friendly and helpful. She went the extra mile and made everything very clear for me. Amazing services!

Great company. When migrating fibre just make sure you use the WhatsApp help to follow up regularly. If you leave them they will leave you for weeks without fibre with no updates when your line was active the whole time.
