The WhatsApp assist feature for Afrihost is a great tool. I was able to be directed to an agent Arthur T within 5 minutes of logging my call. Arthur T then assisted me by asking the relevant questions to quickly understand my query. Upon investigation he was able to assist in getting my query escalated. Definitely loving the WhatsApp helpline especially because it’s available even on weekends.

It is generally so difficult to get something sorted or get ahold of someone but never had a problem here. Within 5 minutes I have my answers on a Whatsapp chat which to me is really convenient.
