After a harrowing and unhelpful experience with Mweb, where we were on hold for 5 days on their telephone lines and whatsapp help chat, with no resolution of the problem since the 3/11 to date, I decided to move to Afrihost. The place is very nice and delightful. When you get there the upfront personnel will check you in, and ask you to wait until your number is called. In the waiting room the staff actually offers water and coffee. I have been there 5 times and the waiting period is no more than 10 minutes. The staff at the counter are very sympathetic, friendly, and fast. The decoration is great too and the way Afrihost separated the counters from each other truly makes you feel that you are been attended at a small office. Also I have been using Afrihost for about 4 months now and I completely love it, my boss also has it in her house and she also likes it and never complained about it.
