GOATed. The best ISP there ever was period. Been using them since 2019 when they offered Cell C via their fixed LTE products. When they cancelled that product line, I tried two other ISPs and deeply regretted it. I got back with Afrihost via their Telkom fixed LTE product and while Telkom speeds were awful, Afrihost was very helpful and transitioned me to their Pure (MTN) wireless packages. I have been super happy ever since. I’ve used Afrihost in KZN, Eastern Cape, Mpumalanga and Gauteng, and they have never let me down; not even once! I even use Airmobile on my phone and am super happy with 1) network speeds, 2) convenience of their apps and 3) the absolute care given to me by their team. I just bought another fixed LTE package from them and am so happy knowing I am in good hands. Their team goes above and beyond to ensure any inconvenience I experience is explained and addressed and I am given a status update. I can just imagine this company must jave a positive work culture because everyone I have ever dealt with from their support team exudes positivity. I preach Afrihost like the gospel and honestly they put every other ISP to shame.

Prompt service when I complained about slow response. Agent assisted with step-by-step guidance to pinpoint the problem, which was with the router. The agent has also linked their email address to the work ticket to be able to keep an eye on progress, as they have understood the important of us getting a new router asap. Very impressed with the quality of service.
