I've been considering moving over to fibre, and naturally I tried various ISPs of which I encountered a technical issue and received no favorable help, told that it just means that I don't have coverage and it was just left at that. No resolve. I tried Afrihost eventually, encountered the same technical issue and instead of sending me away or killing my spirit - 2 agents helped me.
