The first consultant I talk to can solve all my problems. You don't need to escalate or transfer to someone else. I have only ever needed to speak with my fibre provider once - when we set up the connection in my new house. Afrihost handles the rest. I promise you, you will not get better customer service. Afrihost helped me very quickly to resolve my issue with Fibre and they resolved my issue within the hour where Vodacom couldn't assist me after I had signed a sales order with Vodacom and they terminated my service without my knowledge.
