I accidentally initiated a new chat after a somewhat frustrating conversation with another agent and well I am glad it happened as it turned a mediocre experience into a fantastic one. All because of the immensely positive attitude that he had. Made getting shafted by Openserve deciding to not repair our DSL service slightly more bearable. Afrihost has never failed me thus far, I have been with other ISP that may have provided cheaper rates but the support and service was equally as cheap. I don't mind paying for the quality I receive with this team. I believe that the future of ISP is Afrihost without doubt.
