I was an mweb customer. Incredible wait times to get a chat going, and then supa slow chat responses. I looked at webafrica ... Didn't like the R1000 termination fee. I tried Axxess,... Incredibly slow and long waits to get to a service agent, who was servicing multiple people at the same time. A conversation that should take 3 minutes taking 15 , at the time when I was trying to give them money. Afrihost worlds apart. Used the whattsapp tool and was in contact with a focused representative almost immediately. Got the fiber deal I wanted and am sorted. Goodbye mweb, hello happy days.

I just want to say how impressed I am with the service I received today. I was expecting to have to email hosting myself and wait forever for a response (especially since it’s a Sunday), but the agent stepped in and handled everything for me directly. They made the whole process so seamless and saved me so much time. Huge thanks for going above and beyond!

Hardly have any negative experience with their customer service and my WiFi and internet connection have been stable throughout my subscription, apart from one or two days out of the 3 years where WiFi or Internet connection was problematic either due to external sources or problems with my router. All in all, great service and happy with my product.

Afrihost is the KING of ISP's! What a fantastic experience when I walked into their customer care centre this morning. My fibre router was faulty. Met with Vuyo who sorted me out in a very professional manner. I was literally in and out in 8 minutes. This is customer service! Thank you to Vuyo and the technical team!

I have been an Afrihost client for years and have encouraged many a family member to use them as their ISP as well. More often than not, their products just work. When it doesn't - it's both easy to report and feedback is quick. And best of all, their systems and product offerings are actually in the client's interest - no long contract terms, you can get any product month to month. It's simple and frictionless to cancel or downgrade/upgrade products on the app.
