I have never had such GREAT SERVICE in SOUTH AFRICA in my life ... I cannot sing my praises enough for the effortless service I have received over the years from AFRIHOST!! From cell packages to fibre to email. Whenever you contact them with a query they are super efficient and fast to help resolve any question. The app is no nonsense and so easy to use. It has been designed to function with no unnecessary and-ons and annoying bits and ads. What they offer is 100% correct to what is described. Afrihost deliver quickly and surpass delivery times stated. The Accounts department is smooth and effortless. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AFRIHOST to all my family and friends and they have the same super service.

And once again I received first class service from Afrihost. All our company websites are with Afrihost and they are our ISP as well. This morning a client contacted our office that he couldn't get onto a website as the AutoSSL certificate for the domain had expired this morning. I sent Afrihost a message on the app at 09H06 and received a message at 09H21 that my website was loading securely again. Thank you Afrihost team!

Afrihost! What can I say? Support above and beyond! I have been dealing with them since 2H 2018 when I joined them to host my website. I developed and set up my website myself. I mostly Googled what to do. When I got stuck their support people gave me advice. Not their job or responsibility! Yet they are there when help is needed. Just this week, I got stuck setting up my email account on my new Laptop. Again! Not their responsibility, yet I have been helped! I am on Afrihost fibre service as well for about 5 months now (2022). Had an Internet problem this morning which was not on their side. Yet, their support stuck with me, and helped me to get it sorted. Judging by comments on social media, and from experience with my previous Internet service provider, I can only imagine the response from other service providers. "All is OK on our side sir". ie Sort out your own bloody problem. Not with Afrihost! Their support is what truly sets them apart from other service providers!
