As far as their customer service is concerned, they're the best company I've had interactions with. Even with the most frustrating issues — that can sometimes take much longer than anticipated to resolve — I've always found them responsive, patient and helpful. It's great to see a company that makes an effort to train their consultants to attend to clients with the respect and patience they afford you, and to do so consistently irrespective of who the luck of the draw allocates you to. Love the fact that Afrihost returns a WhatsApp within minutes Their staff knows the products and services excellent. And the fact that if you still old school like me that sometimes want to speak to a person not a bot … they have actual support personnel that you can speak to…. Not a bot that frustrates the living hell of you and asking a whole lot of stupid questions not relates to your issue
