I was with Afrihost years ago with only the best service and quick response when a fault occurred. I moved to my current location and were with another ISP and not so happy. I decided to go back to Afrihost and while the problem is not fully resolved yet, the service on their WhatsApp line on Saturday was professional, helpful and friendly. Great Fibre internet service on Openserve overhead cables since 2019. Very easy WhatsApp line for queries. Only 2 outages which were with Openserve. Resolved within a morning.
