From start to finish, Afrihost delivered exceptional service. Ordering our 5G package online was incredibly easy, the process was smooth, intuitive, and we were guided every step of the way with no hassles.
The router was pre-configured before delivery, so all we had to do was plug it in and connect. We've been enjoying excellent, uninterrupted service ever since, and it's surprisingly affordable too!
Delivery was lightning-fast, the router arrived the very next day. The courier from CourierIT was absolutely amazing. We had a medical emergency and missed the delivery, but they called later to check if my son was okay, asked if we were home, and offered to deliver it within minutes. Their friendliness and compassion meant so much during a stressful moment.

i have sign in me up with uncapped LTE Fix from mtn with tp archer router work fantastic the speeds almost the same as fibre i was on fibre and that was a nightmare especial vumatel from another provider was one time almost week without internet due cable fault. I received the parcel in two days i place a order on Sunday and was Tuesday at me. Really good service. Keep on for the good work

I've said 1000 times to everyone I know. Afrihost is the only reliable ISP that offers month - month upgrade and downgrade on a whim, pay pro rata. And yiu can do everything yourself in the client portal. It's so awesome. Moreover when you do need to talk to someone the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly, and genuinely try live up to the name "the home of pure internet joy". I have never had a bad experience with afrihost. And don't mistake the ISP for telkom. Afrihost still have to handle telkom so there are frustration but they do everything in their power to ensure your joy is preserved. I'm so so impressed and I've been a loyal customer and my whole family since 2014.
