I recently moved to Afrihost from a previous provider that had little to non customer service and terrible connectivity. It took only a few chats with the Afrihost agents to sort out a package best for me, how to pay and what my waiting time would be on the order. One of their best attributes is that they believe in customer care and using their WhatsApp customer care line was magic, I totally recommend Afrihost just for that! They also host a website and email accounts for me, no problems whatsoever. If you are looking for a great service provider, look no further!

Afrihost is simply the best. Do not even think about Mweb they are nonsense. Afrihost is very timely in their response sometimes even on weekends. Their app is efficient as well. Top ups are fast and easy to do. Very good company to trust.

Was nice to deal with afrihost... Unfortunately im moving and they don't have a service there at the moment... But ill highly recommend the services they offer at Afrihos. Also their reaction time to get our fiber up and running if something out if their control happened like someone broke a pole and snapped the fiber cables was really outstanding.
