I was once a customer of Afrihost for a number of years when I purchased my first property and all those years of having them as an ISP were splendid. I then went onto a different fibre provider because Afrihost wasn't available as a fibre ISP in that area. Now that I've moved to a new loaction, my first thought was to contact Afrihost for internet connectivity. Doesn't matter how many other ISPs I've tried in the last 30 years, I always seem to come back to Afrihost. Great support via MyBB forums as well. Just migrated 5 FTTH lines to Afrihost.

What I like most about Afrihost is that when help is needed, they put me in touch with friendly, well trained and professional HUMANS. Their support staff have always been fast, courteous and able to sort out my problems. It's the human touch and their decision to not have me speak with yet another chatbot that directs me to a self-help article that makes Afrihost the superior service in my view, and the reason we run 3 businesses on their hosting.
