I was struggling to upload my proof of address for 4days at least 2hrs a day, on the App, ClientZone, W/App and many E-mails. I was starting to get very annoyed and frustrated and contemplating to cancel the whole package. Up-and-Till today (29th Dec "22) via W/App, Musa Khumalo helped me, what a pleasure, my problem was sorted, Musa was persistent to sort my problem and did not give in to my sometimes sarcastic arrogant remarks. I have now issues with Afrihost and they help me quickly when I have queries. They are affordable and easy to communicate with. The only downside is the app doesn't work if my data is up, but luckily I can phone then and recharge that way.
