Afrihost features exemplary customer service, especially when compared to 2 other major ISPs that I interacted with for most of last week. These 2 sub-standard ISPs feature frustratingly slow responses via Whatsapp, and were inept in solving for a FNO glitch (Vumatel) that had been hampering my fibre activation. Glad to report that Afrihost figured out the issue within minutes of contacting them, and yep I've now promptly signed up with them - which too has been a painless exercise. If you in the market for an ISP service, and unless you like subjecting yourself to pain, suggest you look at Afrihost first 😁

Afrihost is great if you are persistent with them else they don’t follow up with a new client to ensure that the customer is sorted. However their WhatsApp communication line is outstanding and your problems are immediately tackled there.
