I was with Afrihost years ago with only the best service and quick response when a fault occurred. I moved to my current location and were with another ISP and not so happy. I decided to go back to Afrihost and while the problem is not fully resolved yet, the service on their WhatsApp line on Saturday was professional, helpful and friendly. The reason for my considering to migrate is because web Africa does not have an inbound call centre and I don't fancy chatting over WhatsApp 2 a robot as the response time is usually very long. Issues can be resolved much quicker if you had verbal contact over the phone
