My 2 year LTE contract with a mobile service provider ended in March 2020 - about the time when we had a national lockdown because of Covid-19. I have then decided to take the fibre option from one of the big cellular providers. These guys sent me from pillar to POST with the router, the temporary LTE and getting me up and running. When I contacted Afrihost, I have been assisted telephonically to determine my requirements. They've handled all the admin of cancelling the service which I did not receive from the other service provider and I have received my router on the same day. Afrihost did not dissapoint! It was the first time that I have received such great and quality service from a big brand in South Africa!!! I was able to work from home, with quality high speed internet!!! Excellent service from your team. These products are all about service, you can have the best products but without this level of service you are just like everyone else. I had a few small problems getting going but every member of staff that I had contact with went above and beyond to get a solution. I was a customer of yours twice before but left due to you not having the product I needed at the time not due to service problems. Maybe can you have some photos of your various teams and team members so we can put faces to the team member behind the voice or words on the Whatsapp or email.
