Short description, my fiber line was moved from my old location to a new premises. Working with huge amounts of data I've notice slow speeds and did a speed test. The line was underperforming and I contacted my provide, Afrihost. I was assisted via the whatsapp line by Nhlakanipho who was super helpful and assisted promptly. From Afrihost side all was in order and a ticket was logged with the last mile provider to re-provision my line with the correct line speed. What a pleasure to work with people that no and have a passion for what they do and provide. Moved ISP servuces from Telkom after 40 odd years. After months of frstratstion with Telkom Afrihost contacted me to say I'm up and ready to connect and start. Quick and easy setup had me streaming and surfing. For the first time in years my service has been stable and constant. With multiple streaming devices and home office, not a glitch or any mother buffer. Should have moved years ago.
