I was struggling to upload my proof of address for 4days at least 2hrs a day, on the App, ClientZone, W/App and many E-mails. I was starting to get very annoyed and frustrated and contemplating to cancel the whole package. Up-and-Till today (29th Dec "22) via W/App, Musa Khumalo helped me, what a pleasure, my problem was sorted, Musa was persistent to sort my problem and did not give in to my sometimes sarcastic arrogant remarks. We moved our fiber to Afrihost. Put order in on 31/03/2024 which is the day our previous ISP ended. Waited until after public holiday and on 02/04/2024 the new line was requested, approved and activated. The new router is on its way but we are already online with our old router. Amazing service, great app and super fast internet. We are very happy.
