The Whatsapp is a great improvement, takes the emotion out of it. Afrihost training must be good as their call centre staff is of the best. Great service. But the admin panel could be more user-friendly, with a better UX and UI and more helpful videos and instructions on what to do. But then the WhatsApp services were great, and they helped me with all I needed. So that balances out the old User interface. Thanks ;-)
