I've only ever had fantastic, friendly service from everyone that I've dealt with at Afrihost. It's a welcome change from all the other corporates where one is made to feel that you're only a number!

We had problems with our Router rebooting at random. We then asked Afrihost if they can replace the router but unfortunately the warranty expired a year ago. I told Afrihost that I want to cancel because any other ISP will give me a free router if I sign up with them. A sales rep phoned me today very professionally telling me that they will give me a free router I just have to pay for delivery which is fine with me and bonus they will give me an extra month free of internet if I just stay with them!!! Really good service and really went the extra mile for me!!! thnx Afrihost well deserved 5 star!
