I have to place on record, I am over excited and satisfied with the impeccable service from afrihost and the after hours service is excellent, I have spoken to few consultants and said to them they must report my good rating to their manager's.
I'm amazed, my order was delivered and installed and activated in a week. The installation and delivery process was quick. I have referred my neighbor to sign up with you guys and helped him with the signing up process on the online application.
Please keep your standards high at all times, I must admit the afrihost App is user friendly and everything as a client we need to know is on it.

My 2 year LTE contract with a mobile service provider ended in March 2020 - about the time when we had a national lockdown because of Covid-19. I have then decided to take the fibre option from one of the big cellular providers. These guys sent me from pillar to POST with the router, the temporary LTE and getting me up and running.
When I contacted Afrihost, I have been assisted telephonically to determine my requirements. They've handled all the admin of cancelling the service which I did not receive from the other service provider and I have received my router on the same day.
Afrihost did not dissapoint! It was the first time that I have received such great and quality service from a big brand in South Africa!!! I was able to work from home, with quality high speed internet!!!
Afrihost is the BEST!... By far!

I received my simcard, turned out it won't work on my router. Another package was then recommended that would work on my router. Thus, I don't need to purchase another router...saving me money.
The customer service agent was absolutely great!
