Ordered Pure Fibre 20 on 3 Dec. Openserve called on the 4th to schedule install and installed today 7 Dec. Just activated the my Fibre on my old B315 LTE router and it works! (while I wait for the new router I ordered to arrive). Love the WhatsApp support line, very quick responses. Love the ClientZone website. That was quick and painless! Still very happy with their Service in June 2021!

So far so good. I am enjoying the overall experience. The internet service is fantastic – it has its rare shortfalls, but a perfect world is boring right?! The customer service, however, is a hit and miss (to be fair, it is over 60% a hit in my experience). It depends on who takes the call. Some agents are great, some can do with a little to a lot of help (again, depends on who takes the call) with customer service delivery.

After moving into a new house, I struggled for four days to get my WiFi set up and working properly, which was extremely frustrating 😓. Hardly have any negative experience with their customer service and my WiFi and internet connection have been stable throughout my subscription, apart from one or two days out of the 3 years where WiFi or Internet connection was problematic either due to external sources or problems with my router. All in all, great service and happy with my product.
