My contact person, Gershom was very helpful. He answered all my questions in a supper fast and effective way and on top of that was also very friendly. I love the WhatsApp option of dealing with issues. In most cases the responses come quickly and we are kept informed of how long things will take to get resolved etc. The call centre people seem very knowledgeable and are able to assist with queries very quickly. Very happy so far.
