The WhatsApp assist feature for Afrihost is a great tool. I was able to be directed to an agent Arthur T within 5 minutes of logging my call. Arthur T then assisted me by asking the relevant questions to quickly understand my query. Upon investigation he was able to assist in getting my query escalated. Definitely loving the WhatsApp helpline especially because it’s available even on weekends.

Afrihost has been managing my mobile resources and home wifi for quite a few years now and I have always had a good experience. I ported my number from one of the 'big two' cellular service providers who didn't give good customer service, and have never looked back. Calls are cheaper for me. And my account is essentially prepaid unlike the 2 year contracts I used to have.

I migrated to Afrihost from another major ISP. I have only experienced excellent service thus far, dedicated support staff that walks the extra mile. Sisanda literally ran around to get my order sorted out and my router couriered to me. All the support staff that I dealt with on the WhatsApp Support line was as helpful and committed. I’ve been with Afrihost for years, they are extremely helpful when it comes to issues that are in their control, the staff are always helpful. When you ask for them to call you back they call back within a minute of requesting. And their WhatsApp assistance is just as good

Not using Afrihost services as yet, but definitely signing up as soon as my cancelation with the weather related provider kicks in. Their service with regards to all my queries was of a very professional nature. Definitely signing up! As should the rest of South Africa.
