Been with Afrihost since 2017. I have experienced low latency throughout the years with a rock solid network. I really like the Clientzone app. It is easy to use. It also allows you to monitor your network on the go and upgrading your line is a breeze. They offer a rage of products and services to meet anyone's internet needs. General QoS has been rock solid. Afrihost are good in communication. Using the WhatsApp support chat and getting real technical support from a REAL person is really appreciated. No computer generated prompts! I'm pleased with Afrihost service. In my honest opinion. Will you be paying a bit more than some other ISP's? Yes! But it also means you'll be getting better service which makes it worth paying a little bit more. There is no better ISP at this moment. Keep up the good work 👍

Application to complete Installation in less than 24 hours. LOS issued resolved in less than 10 minutes. Great to know that if things go wrong, it will be sorted, Quickly. Some would argue that it shouldn't have been down in the first place but these things happen. 👌

I always receive excellent, friendly and efficient service from the Customer Support Center and would strongly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a service provider that gets the job done in a quick and efficient manner. You can chat with them via WhatsApp too. It takes seconds to get in touch with a call centre operator and they are actually human! :-)
