I've never had a days problem with afrihost. If there was any sort of issue would contact them via what's and my issuse would be sorted out in minutes. They also have a great app keeps you up to date with any networks that are down also managing your packages

Sometimes there are some issues, but not enough for me to make their service any less than a 5. And when there are problems it's out of anyone's hands, but Afrihost still works tirelessly to fix it ASAP. And every time I have needed support help they were able to help me in less than an hour. Truly fantastic.

I've never had any connection issues with afrihost since joining their fibre network, but when I had a connection hiccup they where fast in responding and I ended up getting the issue resolved via WhatsApp. Linda M was very patient and understood everything I tried to explain. He/She guided me step by step through text and the issue was sorted in no time. I'm very impressed. Great client service! Well done.

Afrihost is great if you are persistent with them else they don’t follow up with a new client to ensure that the customer is sorted. However their WhatsApp communication line is outstanding and your problems are immediately tackled there.
