Been with Afrihost since 2017. I have experienced low latency throughout the years with a rock solid network. I really like the Clientzone app. It is easy to use. It also allows you to monitor your network on the go and upgrading your line is a breeze. They offer a rage of products and services to meet anyone's internet needs. General QoS has been rock solid. Afrihost are good in communication. Using the WhatsApp support chat and getting real technical support from a REAL person is really appreciated. No computer generated prompts! I'm pleased with Afrihost service. In my honest opinion. Will you be paying a bit more than some other ISP's? Yes! But it also means you'll be getting better service which makes it worth paying a little bit more. There is no better ISP at this moment. Keep up the good work 👍

Afrihost is the best when it comes to customer service, they place a high standard on their service delivery and I cannot see myself with any other ISP. Even if Afrihost had to cost abit more, i'd pay more and save myself a ton of stress dealing with other ISP's with poor customer service.

Been with them for over a year now and had no issues. When I first collected my router at the branch every single staff member including the security that I interacted with were so friendly. When I moved they relocated my package and arranged installation. It was quick and seamless. I have really had an outstanding experience with Afrihost! Thank you!
