UPDATE: Since their WhatsApp call centre opened we experience MUCH better service. Thank you! My rating is based on the waiting time and the process of being served. They ask for your name when you come in but you don't get allocated a number and reception doesn't ask what your query is. Can't you assign a ticket to the customer like the banks do? Surely it's not that complicated...

I can easily get my fibre for a few hundred Rands less than I am paying Afrihost. But they truly are worth the extra spend. I have never had any issues reporting a fault be it ISP or provider related. When there is a provider issue (9 times out of 10) Afrihost goes the extra mile and sorts that out too. I know of other ISPs who will tell you it's a provider issue and that's the end of their involvement. Afrihost goes the extra mile always

Signed up with Afrihost a few days ago. They kept me informed of every step from order confirmation to router configuration. Had a hiccup with tracking the delivery of my router (not Afrihost's fault), jumped on the WhatsApp chat and received accurate information immediately, and that on a Saturday afternoon after Black Friday.
