When they promise to get back to you, they actually do. I've said 1000 times to everyone I know. Afrihost is the only reliable ISP that offers month - month upgrade and downgrade on a whim, pay pro rata. And yiu can do everything yourself in the client portal. It's so awesome. Moreover when you do need to talk to someone the staff are so knowledgeable and friendly, and genuinely try live up to the name "the home of pure internet joy". I have never had a bad experience with afrihost. And don't mistake the ISP for telkom. Afrihost still have to handle telkom so there are frustration but they do everything in their power to ensure your joy is preserved. I'm so so impressed and I've been a loyal customer and my whole family since 2014. Thank you afrihost.

I've used afrihost as my isp for the better part of 16 years,all I can say is, if you're not with them, don't ask why, just move to them! You will not get better support anywhere else.
