We've been with Afrihost/ Vumatel since 2019 - Pleasant service, no hassles, reliable internet connection at all times, I don't recall being without Internet, even with loadshedding and our UPS, our line and experience has been nothing but perfect. UPDATE: Since their WhatsApp call centre opened we experience MUCH better service. Thank you! My rating is based on the waiting time and the process of being served. They ask for your name when you come in but you don't get allocated a number and reception doesn't ask what your query is. Can't you assign a ticket to the customer like the banks do? Surely it's not that complicated...
