I recently cancelled with my previous fibre provider due to their poor customer service and signed up with Afrihost instead. Although my activation was delayed by 5 days because of issues on Vumatel’s side, I must compliment Afrihost on their excellent professionalism throughout the process. Their customer service agents answer calls within minutes, are polite, patient, and sincerely apologetic. I needed assistance. Contacted Afrihost via their WhatsApp helpline. Query was handled promptly and professionally by knowledgeable agent (Thabiso D). Given the attitude of so many other 'service' (?) providers, this was a very pleasant surprise.

I would like to thank the support agent Veronica C for all her assistance yesterday. she went beyond the call of duty to ensure my fibre was reconnected after 6 days of downtime due to failure on vodacoms side. I called in at 4:55pm, Veronica finishes work at 5pm. I live 1km away from my residence, she waited for me to get home to finalize the configuration. whilst waiting for me to get home she called her husband to advise him that she is going to be late to fetch her baby from creche and made arrangements for him to do it. I felt really bad for this. however as soon as i got home, the config was done and up and running within a minutes. Veronica is definitely an asset to Afrihost and went beyond the call of duty to ensure excellent customer service. Well done Veronica.

On my registering for a Pure Wireless package, I encountered a challenge. Much to my delight, I discovered that I could chat on Whatsapp with an Afrihost agent . A lady called Pinky responded and my issue was resolved promptly - I'm very grateful for this great service🙏🏾

One of the better internet service providers out there. There tech support is outstanding and well trained on there products. The best feature of this company is when they say to you, they’re going to call you back they always do. Keep it up guys. I’m a very happy customer.
