Awesome awesome awesome. Knew what my issue was causing the delay in the activation of my Fibre service and also knew what was needed from my side to speed up the process. All this via WhatsApp and not on a call where I am put on hold until I get to consultant available. Everything was resolved with my first interaction with Ayanda C whole was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Thanks so much for your brilliant service Ayanda C made my day. I've been struggling with Webafrica for more than 2 weeks and I got told they can't pin my location on vumatels portal (make no mistake this was after reaching out to me on Facebook saying they will sort it out in 2-3 days )......I decided enough is enough and told them to cancel .....contacted afrihost and in 20 minutes process was completed and payment was made for the installation to take place. 20 minutes it took to resolve an issue plaguing me for 2 weeks.

Afrihost never dissapoints!! Internet service is never interrupted. All employees are very helpful whether its on WhatsApp chat or telephonically. Best ISP ever!!
