afrihost provides such an amazing service! it's unbelievable considering that we're in south africa 😅. their internet connection never has any issues. the fact that you can communicate with an actual human being through their whatsapp number is just the cherry on top. the consultants have never failed to assist me with any of my enquiries. they are super friendly, always ready and willing to assist. they also go the extra mile by researching (within minutes) any information of an issue that you're unsure of that they seldom have customers asking about. i'm so happy i chose them as my 'internet service provider'. 10/10!!!

Most companies/ISPs don't have whatsapp to easily communicate our issues, or they have bots to answer us which is never good. Afrihost has very good consultant and I've always received good troubleshooting skills from them

Afrihost always provides excellent service and there staff are amazing. There are most cost effective options but I have stayed with them as they always exceed in service

I've never had a days problem with afrihost. If there was any sort of issue would contact them via what's and my issuse would be sorted out in minutes. They also have a great app keeps you up to date with any networks that are down also managing your packages
