As far as their customer service is concerned, they're the best company I've had interactions with. Even with the most frustrating issues — that can sometimes take much longer than anticipated to resolve — I've always found them responsive, patient and helpful. It's great to see a company that makes an effort to train their consultants to attend to clients with the respect and patience they afford you, and to do so consistently irrespective of who the luck of the draw allocates you to. With some companies, you have to ask for a specific person to help. With Afrihost, never. Thank you. May you grow from strength to strength.

Excellent customer services and very very speedy. I signed up yesterday. The customer journey was seamless as it took me 5min to sign up. Router has been delivered. Additional questions and updates already made. Literally just waiting on the Network Provider to contact me. Portia M was also very friendly and helpful. In my opinion Afriost is the best ISP out there. I live in a small "plattelandse dorpie " and we only had adsl. I used afrihost pure DSL for 10 years and finally changed to Afrihost Fixed LTE as no fiber available here. It's cheaper and much faster and I got the router free and fair useage policy on the 100mbps is 500gb. On the 50mbps it's 150 GB. With some other ISPs it's only 50gb. R599 pm month to month 100mbps , free R2500 worth router free delivery. Give afihove a try. You won't regret 50mbps is R399 pm Thanks afrihost

The beauty is that their service can be configured on an app. There is no fixed contract and the app ensures that you can amend, top-up, upgrade or cancel any contract. Their service is very good and any deviation can be reported through the app. I can recommend them!
