I requested a callback and got the call within minutes, chatted on Whatsapp, got a response within minutes... 200% better service than I received with my previous two internet providers.. Also their reaction time to get our fiber up and running if something out if their control happened like someone broke a pole and snapped the fiber cables was really outstanding.
