I have been with Afrihost for years and years and years. I became a customer after I saw how they supported rural schools with ICT training and infrastructure in 2010. They deliver a solid service. Their online customer portal is easy to navigate - Download your invoice? Easy-peasy! What shines is their customer service. I love being able to get support via WhatsApp chat. The first consultant I talk to can solve all my problems. You don't need to escalate or transfer to someone else. I have only ever needed to speak with my fibre provider once - when we set up the connection in my new house. Afrihost handles the rest. I promise you, you will not get better customer service. Ten stars for Afrihost!

A real person answers immediately, never gives up and guided me through all my questions. I am impressed and very grateful! Afrihost privides good WhatsApp service. Knowlegeable people with quick responses. Awesome! 👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻However, I still do not understand why they switched to Frogfoot in my area. It was for the worse and not for the better. When it rains, the WiFi service often goes for a loop. Seems water is Frogfoot's headache. Their response times to reports of service being down also is not pleasant. Two days for a response before they even start looking at the problem? Not on, sorry, I am a positive person but sometimes frustration gets to a person.😔☹
