I would like to thank the support agent Veronica C for all her assistance yesterday. she went beyond the call of duty to ensure my fibre was reconnected after 6 days of downtime due to failure on vodacoms side. I called in at 4:55pm, Veronica finishes work at 5pm. I live 1km away from my residence, she waited for me to get home to finalize the configuration. whilst waiting for me to get home she called her husband to advise him that she is going to be late to fetch her baby from creche and made arrangements for him to do it. I felt really bad for this. however as soon as i got home, the config was done and up and running within a minutes. Veronica is definitely an asset to Afrihost and went beyond the call of duty to ensure excellent customer service. Well done Veronica.

I have to place on record, I am over excited and satisfied with the impeccable service from afrihost and the after hours service is excellent, I have spoken to few consultants and said to them they must report my good rating to their manager's. I'm amazed, my order was delivered and installed and activated in a week. The installation and delivery process was quick. I have referred my neighbor to sign up with you guys and helped him with the signing up process on the online application. Please keep your standards high at all times, I must admit the afrihost App is user friendly and everything as a client we need to know is on it. We've only been with Afrihost a week and the internet went down, but their WhatsApp service was excellent. Countless photos so we were on the same page and it did take an hour but far faster than if I had contacted some tech service, waited for a call out etc.
