I’ve had some problems with their service at times over nearly 20 years but all in all I’ve found Afrihost much better than ISPs I’ve tried previously and since the introduction of fibre it’s generally been plain sailing.

Afrihosters are like brothers and sisters one never had. Never had a bad experience with them, even after a long time charting or speaking direct on the phone. Was charting to George earlier, the guy is just awesome.

Placed an order for fibre on 06th July and fully set up on 12th July. Literally 6 days later, I'm super impressed with Afrihost & Vumatel and look forward to a good journey with both companies. I had a bit of a connection issue with my router, but after a 5 minute conversation on whatsapp with Sindile from Afrihost, my issue was resolved promptly and professionally. Thank you so much!

I had low download and upload speeds but it took Afrihost 5 minutes to rectify the problem. With all honesty this is the best service provider in South Africa ATM
