Afrihost may not be the "perfect" service provider (internet in SA still has a long way to go). None of them are, however they go out of their way to support you and address all your concerns. Their website is informative and easy to navigate for information. Their app is convenient and makes it easy to view my invoices or top up my internet. Their whatsapp chat service is available even during awkward hours and you chat to another human being, no nonsense bot or chatgpt ripoff. They really offer a good service overall. And their prices are deliciously reasonable. It's a win for me.

Service was excellent again. When I struggled to set up email the service agent was effective, patient, friendly and professional. If you haven't used Afrihost, try them before going anywhere else.
