I was upgraded to a higher download speed in April 2020 and have been struggling to get assistance as to why I wasn't getting those speeds. After many consultants and many help requests, finally Anrich v. assisted me and resolved my issue without hesitation on New Years day of all days. I am very grateful for this specific operator for taking time out of his New Years day plans to assist with and resolve my issue. In these days of bot-chatting where you get all the wrong answers to a question, it remains refreshing to be able to always speak with a real person at Afrihost. I sadly have to cancel my subscription because I am moving to an estate where connectivity is part of the service offering by the estate. I can only hope that I will receive the same level of excellent service.
