Musa Khumalo promptly assisted me, and in no time my issue was resolved. Well done, it gave me hope that there is still customer service out there.

We've been with Afrihost/ Vumatel since 2019 - Pleasant service, no hassles, reliable internet connection at all times, I don't recall being without Internet, even with loadshedding and our UPS, our line and experience has been nothing but perfect. The WhatsApp assist feature for Afrihost is a great tool. I was able to be directed to an agent Arthur T within 5 minutes of logging my call. Arthur T then assisted me by asking the relevant questions to quickly understand my query. Upon investigation he was able to assist in getting my query escalated. Definitely loving the WhatsApp helpline especially because it’s available even on weekends.
