What an experience! I decide to collect my router myself as I was too excited to wait for delivery. As soon as I entered the building, I felt this vibe of happiness and excitement. I couldn't help but notice the beautiful break/lunch area set out for the employees. The representative who assisted me (unfortunately his name was to long to remember) was extremely helpful, friendly and made me feel right at home. Extremely good customer service and response times. Customer support and technicians are always quick to respond and helpful and never give up until the issue is resolved. Even if calls drop, they will call you back. We've been using them for a year now and they remain consistent. Whether it's via phone call, WhatsApp, email, in person or via the app, the support I've received as a FTTH customer has been consistently excellent. Well done.
