Been without internet for 2 days with a teenager in the house, is an absolute nightmare! Contacted Afrihost, I initially thought it was an outage, but the issue was with the router. In a couple of minutes I was guided by Nombulelo M, how to hard reset the router, the settings was fixed and the internet is up and running! Thank you for making this process so easy. Afrihost is one of the few exceptional service providers in SA. I live in a very rural area with limited access to high speed comms. Afrihost's LTE sorted this problem. Delivery was speedy, troubleshooting is a joy as it can be done via WhatsApp. I would highly recommend Afrihost as preferred service provider.

While there is the occasional downtime with fibre, probably due to last mile providers etc, their support is the best, ive been a client for more than 15 years on and off. with everyhting from hosting services and more. I highly recommend them. they are a cut above the rest
