Their online customer portal is easy to navigate - Download your invoice? Easy-peasy! What shines is their customer service. I love being able to get support via WhatsApp chat. The first consultant I talk to can solve all my problems. You don't need to escalate or transfer to someone else. I have only ever needed to speak with my fibre provider once - when we set up the connection in my new house. Afrihost handles the rest. I promise you, you will not get better customer service. Got a pleasant surprise from Afrihost! I'm on a Fibre package and my internet speed was increased at no extra charge! And this was for all subscribers I think 😅 Happy Holidays Afrihost Team!!!!!

Had an issue with our WiFi going down but was quickly able to WhatsApp with Afrihost assist they were friendly helpful and patient. And although we have to log a service request I was assured that they would monitor and follow up. Just being kept in the loop knowing it will get sorted out and they are following through is a great advance on me having to battle to get through to call centers and have to keep repeating my story. Very happy to have Afrihost oversight.
