Had a query regarding signal on my router dropping repeatedly after a month of working fine. Help on the Wattsapp chat by Ricky S was set up quickly and easily. Ricky rebooted their server without asking me to repeat anything and was pleasant, polite, competent and quick. Love this kind of communication.

Support and help is fast and great, but there is a problem enforcing SLAs with the fibre network provider. Afrihost hand the problem over to Metrofibre but then their hands is cut of. Thanks for that service. My problem does not reside with Afrihost but with the Fibre network provider. I have a fibre problem now for 3 weeks running and the fibre provider by name Mertofibre does not come out to fix or don't know how to fix the problem. Waiting now 2 weeks for Metrofibre technician to call me or show up. I have VERY SLOWWWW speed. Worse then a 64 k dial-up modem.
