So far so good. I am enjoying the overall experience. The internet service is fantastic – it has its rare shortfalls, but a perfect world is boring right?! The customer service, however, is a hit and miss (to be fair, it is over 60% a hit in my experience). It depends on who takes the call. Some agents are great, some can do with a little to a lot of help (again, depends on who takes the call) with customer service delivery.

Afrihost has been my ISP for 6 years now. I have had very minimal issues with them over the years and their service has been really great - especially with the option that they brought in a few years back to communicate with an agent over Whatsapp chat to speedily resolve any issues speedily.
