I was satisfied with Afrihost. I think it's quicker to use the WhatsApp platform. I submitted my request for emigration 0n 12 Oct and on 15 Oct it was active. This is because there was no cabling required I was using my old connection and device. Also, I made follow-up via WhatsApp which enables prompt action on their side. I find it much easier TO CONTACT than my previous ISP. I highly recommend. Their service so far is good.

I spoke to Apelele, at Afrihost this morning, I have never encountered such friendly nature and people that can take a joke. This person helped me with everything I asked for, and actually I had a smile on my face. I can truly say, if this is how they treat you then there service should definitely be the same. Had a problem accessing the internet using my mobile data. Sanele refreshed my Sim and told me to put my phone on flight mode then to turn my phone off for 5 minutes. Once back on I turned on mobile data and it worked perfectly. I had been struggling for 2 days prior within 10 minutes on WhatsApp via wifi I was back up & sorted. Awesome

I've been with afrihost for I think 8 years now. Today was the first time I encountered an outage that meant actual loss of service for more than an hour, and they were quick to assist me when I needed it. The problem still exists at the time of writing this, but they did reassure me that their engineers are actively working on restoring the service. They haven't failed me yet, so I trust them when they say service will be restored ASAP.
