There operators are friendly and make you feel part of the Afrihost family. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Good day It's always a pleasure for me when I queried something with Afrihost they always come back to me. If asked them to give me a call back they do that and is always helpful. I can say the same when chatting on WhatsApp. I remember when I forgot to transfer my money from my one account so the money could be debited and my wifi was disconnected, I used the app to asked to give me a call and they were professional with their assistance and I was sorted immediately, great service.
