Sisanda literally ran around to get my order sorted out and my router couriered to me. All the support staff that I dealt with on the WhatsApp Support line was as helpful and committed. The best move I have made.

In the 7 years that I have been a client, I have only had two days that the fiber was out due to a connection of the actually. I have added more lines and they seem to be the quickest of the ISPs for new installation in new areas additionally I have never had any admin issues with billing or other problems that arise from dealing with Openserve (in all my cases)
