always give fast and greate support and love the fact you can message them on whats app the longest i have waited is 10min but most of the time it has 0-4min. Yes it can be instant , and I you can tell that they have had real training and are not just reading from a script Like some MassiveWEB providers ;) . Every time I have had a problem afrihost has helped. One time when I first got fibre and had to reset my router I got so fraustrated with my computer I told the chap from afrihost I will get someone else the next day to help me. The chap said to me my dear you will stay on the line with me and we will get it right together. We were on line from 4pm till just after 7pm when we got the router working and my computer connected. That is what I call dedication . Well done and thank you Afri host.
