What an experience! I decide to collect my router myself as I was too excited to wait for delivery. As soon as I entered the building, I felt this vibe of happiness and excitement. I couldn't help but notice the beautiful break/lunch area set out for the employees. The representative who assisted me (unfortunately his name was to long to remember) was extremely helpful, friendly and made me feel right at home. They aren't bad but they really need to update and upgrade to be honest, especially the Afrihost app, it doesn't have much you can do on it. Nonetheless they are upcoming so we hope they upgrade soon.
