I sadly have to cancel my subscription because I am moving to an estate where connectivity is part of the service offering by the estate. Each and every query I ever had has taken longer than 5 minutes to resolve. Today I spent less than 5 minutes on a chat with an agent named Tshepisho and my query was resolved within less than 5 minutes. I must say I am impressed as service is getting more and more smooth each time🫡🤭

So i started with afrihost about 3 years back, i moved away from them to another Big ISP, worst decision of my life lol, im so happy to be back, their response and helping are so on point and quick, i will never switch ISP again

Afrihost employees are very friendly and efficient. It's refreshing to come across such customer service. My issue has not been resolved but I'm satisfied with the way Faith M , Thabisile N, Thabang K and Tumelo R have assisted me.
