I had a wonderful experience today when I made use of the WhatsApp function to help me with our business account. We thank Kaitlyn who understood the problem I was having without me even knowing what it was. She assisted and had given me step by step instructions to rectify the reason for the problem. Not once did I feel stupid as she translated into better terminology explaining what I needed to know and I thank her for it. Initially the thought of how we were going to fix the issue was daunting as it was a back and forth between myself and the web developers until I bit the bullet and asked Afrihost to help. Afrihost has above and beyond exceeded our expectations. We had a major issue with the previous tenant of our unit not wanting to cancel his line and thus blocked our "installation". After 3 days of speaking to the wrong people, I contacted Afrihost directly. By the time they received my call I was sobbing on the phone and the one consultant stayed on the line with me for FORTY FIVE MINUTES exploring EVERY possible option he could. After he couldnt help (where HE almost started crying) he transferred me to another agent who again did everythign in HIS power to assist. Once they realised there was a webiste issue, they sorted it out within 12 hours tops and I was able to process my sale. A manager phoned me directly just to update me on the progress - they promised me a 24 -48 hour response to activate everything and it was done, agai, within 12 hours. My router would be ready for collection 3-5 days after activation, it was available IMMEDIATLEY after activation. I enjoyed working with them tremendously and they definitely earned a lifelong client. Thank you Afrihost - You guys are AWESOME!!
