I work online with an international company, so resolving the issue urgently was critical. Ricky went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled swiftly and professionally — his dedication and effort truly made all the difference. I'd also like to commend Thabang and Gift, the technicians from Vumatel, who arrived to sort out the issue. They were friendly, efficient, and incredibly tidy in their work. Friendly service when you encounter any issues, which has been minimal in the 2 years of making use of their Fibre network. Even in loadshedding we always have a stable connection when multiple devices are connected. The services consultants are patient and very helpful and always direct you in the right direction
