I find Afrihost support better than most of the other ISP's I work with. Response time is incredible, seconds, as opposed to tens of minutes on others. Their support tends to know what they're doing getting to a resolution quickly and with a friendly manner that I appreciate.

Very pleasurable to work with afrihost. The rica proccess is a pain to do as they are very picky but other than that Service is very quick and helpfull.
