We've been with Afrihost/ Vumatel since 2019 - Pleasant service, no hassles, reliable internet connection at all times, I don't recall being without Internet, even with loadshedding and our UPS, our line and experience has been nothing but perfect. Had an issue with our WiFi going down but was quickly able to WhatsApp with Afrihost assist they were friendly helpful and patient. And although we have to log a service request I was assured that they would monitor and follow up. Just being kept in the loop knowing it will get sorted out and they are following through is a great advance on me having to battle to get through to call centers and have to keep repeating my story. Very happy to have Afrihost oversight.

Might be a bit more expensive than their competitors, but the service delivery makes it worth every penny. I have never struggled with an issue for longer than 20 minutes during all the years using them as my ISP, come weekends and even public holidays. More ISP's should strive for this excellence.
