So far so good. I am enjoying the overall experience. The internet service is fantastic – it has its rare shortfalls, but a perfect world is boring right?! The customer service, however, is a hit and miss (to be fair, it is over 60% a hit in my experience). It depends on who takes the call. Some agents are great, some can do with a little to a lot of help (again, depends on who takes the call) with customer service delivery.

The service provided by Afrihost is certainly such a breath of fresh air! Alot of companies can take a page out of their book. From ordering a replacement router online to their whatsapp contact centre! Honestly don't think there are any ISPs that come close!

They have great prices for the quality of product. They always have someone who can help even through the festive season. They respond to queries quickly and if they have to physically come in, they are swift and friendly.
