I promised and update and here it is (albeit a few years late :-)). I've had a great experience with Afrihost. I think they provide value for your money and the speeds are good! Recently signed up for Afrihost fibre to the home (pure fiber 10/10) through vumatel. Very easy setup and installation. I collected the router and set it up myself at home with help via WhatsApp. Friendly and helpful staff on the WhatsApp helpline. Need to test speed once all my devices are up and running. But so far so good! Long may it last. My only issue and the reason for the 3 star rating and not 5 stars is that I had to follow-up on every step from confirming they had the right info with vumatel to my router being ready for collection. These are simple things to keep a client updated about. I shouldn't have to call the helpline for this. I will update my review once I have tested the speed.

I have a domain plan with Afrihost. I wouldn’t change to other domain brands, for example the international ones, because of the excellent support I get from Clientzone in Afrihost. I can’t wait to upgrade plans with them on this journey I’m on.

Hi guys I recommend anyone else to try afrihost i mean their services are much simpler than you think and this morning I was struggling to upload my documents to rica my WI-FI package but there was this one friendly woman mpho she helped me with me with such wonderful manners without complaining until to the end of our conversation.
