I was satisfied with Afrihost. I think it's quicker to use the WhatsApp platform. I submitted my request for emigration 0n 12 Oct and on 15 Oct it was active. This is because there was no cabling required I was using my old connection and device. Also, I made follow-up via WhatsApp which enables prompt action on their side. I find it much easier TO CONTACT than my previous ISP. I highly recommend. Their service so far is good.

My very first interaction with Afrihost and my am I a happy chappy. That is definately an understatement. I am rather techno challenged, I have recently signed up with Afrihost, you are able to communicate with them via whatsapp. I did so and shortly after I sent my msg, Nompumelelo responded. She showed me where I could find my information that I was looking for and then continued to check to see that I was assisted. I love the WhatsApp option of dealing with issues. In most cases the responses come quickly and we are kept informed of how long things will take to get resolved etc. The call centre people seem very knowledgeable and are able to assist with queries very quickly. Very happy so far.
