I somehow managed to lose my Wi-Fi connection on all my devices. I contacted Afrihost and spoke to Tutu. He was very helpful, and assisted me via the Afrihost WhatsApp chat. We setup my Wi-Fi name and new password, and I was up and running on all my devices in no time. Thanks Tutu, and Afrihost for the excellent service. This is rarely found nowadays! Well done

The place is very nice and delightful. When you get there the upfront personnel will check you in, and ask you to wait until your number is called. In the waiting room the staff actually offers water and coffee. I have been there 5 times and the waiting period is no more than 10 minutes. The staff at the counter are very sympathetic, friendly, and fast. The decoration is great too and the way Afrihost separated the counters from each other truly makes you feel that you are been attended at a small office. Also I have been using Afrihost for about 4 months now and I completely love it, my boss also has it in her house and she also likes it and never complained about it.

I have to place on record, I am over excited and satisfied with the impeccable service from afrihost and the after hours service is excellent, I have spoken to few consultants and said to them they must report my good rating to their manager's. I'm amazed, my order was delivered and installed and activated in a week. The installation and delivery process was quick. I have referred my neighbor to sign up with you guys and helped him with the signing up process on the online application.
