Ordered Pure Fibre 20 on 3 Dec. Openserve called on the 4th to schedule install and installed today 7 Dec. Just activated the my Fibre on my old B315 LTE router and it works! (while I wait for the new router I ordered to arrive). Love the WhatsApp support line, very quick responses. Love the ClientZone website. That was quick and painless! Still very happy with their Service in June 2021!

What an experience! I decide to collect my router myself as I was too excited to wait for delivery. As soon as I entered the building, I felt this vibe of happiness and excitement. I couldn't help but notice the beautiful break/lunch area set out for the employees.
