Afrihost is the KING of ISP's! What a fantastic experience when I walked into their customer care centre this morning. My fibre router was faulty. I recently moved to Afrihost from a previous provider that had little to non customer service and terrible connectivity. It took only a few chats with the Afrihost agents to sort out a package best for me, how to pay and what my waiting time would be on the order. One of their best attributes is that they believe in customer care and using their WhatsApp customer care line was magic, I totally recommend Afrihost just for that! They also host a website and email accounts for me, no problems whatsoever. If you are looking for a great service provider, look no further!

The reason for my considering to migrate is because web Africa does not have an inbound call centre and I don't fancy chatting over WhatsApp 2 a robot as the response time is usually very long. Issues can be resolved much quicker if you had verbal contact over the phone
