I recently moved from Cape Town to George. Without good internet I'm screwed. After 2 internet disasters with 2 of South Africa's leading ISP's, mainly due to incompetence and lies from staff regarding what their company offers plus another with a satellite company, my sister finally recommended Afrihost. I will be honest, I had no hope that they could help me. I am on a LTE package with Afrihost. The speed is incredible; literally fibre speed in a SIM connection - greatly doing what other companies either promised or said was not possible. Problems may occur occasionally but friendly, well trained support staff is always handy and capable of helping. Where as other ISP's I previously contracted with I had to wait days on end to get any help, with Afrihost I get immediate support, that's a win in my books.

Afrihost are the customer service that MTN can't offer. It's such a shame that they rely on the MTN infrastructire which often lets the down. From Domain creation to Support, Website builders, Mobile Data plans and Airtime management, Afrihost are amazing !

Application to complete Installation in less than 24 hours. LOS issued resolved in less than 10 minutes. Great to know that if things go wrong, it will be sorted, Quickly. Some would argue that it shouldn't have been down in the first place but these things happen. 👌

Great place. Good service.. Had a client router that had stopped working.. The unit was replaced with no hassles.. I couldn't find the original box it was packaged in.
