I've been with Afrihost since back in the dialup modem days and later also ADSL. I had to switch however to another ISP when we got fibre as Afrihost didn't service our area at the time. However, my experience with them were never as good as with Afrihost and when Afrihost did eventually offer fibre services on our Vumatel infrastructure, I was eager to jump back - and have been happy ever since.

Good day It's always a pleasure for me when I queried something with Afrihost they always come back to me. If asked them to give me a call back they do that and is always helpful. I can say the same when chatting on WhatsApp. I remember when I forgot to transfer my money from my one account so the money could be debited and my wifi was disconnected, I used the app to asked to give me a call and they were professional with their assistance and I was sorted immediately, great service. The is an agent called Themba M. He really helped me get sorted with all my frustration about the SIM card not being delivered to me but it was written delivery on their system. He helped me clear that up and gave me great customer care. He was very patient with me and guided me throughout the whole process. Big up to him. He deserves a raise if a promotion.

Poor service from the Agents I dealt with when cancelling my account. Dealt with 2 different Agents both on phone and WhatsApp, they showed no empathy and poor customer experience. I was relocating and needed my current line to cancelled which they could not help without any attempt to do so. Now I am unable to cancel my Telkom line because Afrihost is unable to release the line from their side even though I no longer am using their services. In this time and age, I find this customer experience extremely poor. Won't be returning back to Afrihost in my new residence just because of this poor experience.
