I was with Afrihost (first Mobile internet then Openserve Fibre) from ±2013 to 2019, and then decided to go with Vox (Frogfoot) because it was a good special. I am now going back to Afrihost and Openserve because Frogfoot is trash over the past 6 months, and working from home I need reliable internet. As far as their customer service is concerned, they're the best company I've had interactions with. Even with the most frustrating issues — that can sometimes take much longer than anticipated to resolve — I've always found them responsive, patient and helpful. It's great to see a company that makes an effort to train their consultants to attend to clients with the respect and patience they afford you, and to do so consistently irrespective of who the luck of the draw allocates you to. Afrihost has been managing my mobile resources and home wifi for quite a few years now and I have always had a good experience. I ported my number from one of the 'big two' cellular service providers who didn't give good customer service, and have never looked back. Calls are cheaper for me. And my account is essentially prepaid unlike the 2 year contracts I used to have.
