So i started with afrihost about 3 years back, i moved away from them to another Big ISP, worst decision of my life lol, im so happy to be back, their response and helping are so on point and quick, i will never switch ISP again

At first enrolling was a mishap but they fixed it and gave me credit and i cannot lie so far i have not had any issues, my fibre is fast even connecting to the VPN i work smooth. So so far im happy and i hope it stays that way Afrihost

Problems may occur occasionally but friendly, well trained support staff is always handy and capable of helping. Where as other ISP's I previously contracted with I had to wait days on end to get any help, with Afrihost I get immediate support, that's a win in my books.

For me personally this is service provision on a whole other level. Always called back within 30min of requesting a call back and who ever calls or assist you does so on the most professional level.

Afrihost has never failed me thus far, I have been with other ISP that may have provided cheaper rates but the support and service was equally as cheap. I don't mind paying for the quality I receive with this team. I believe that the future of ISP is Afrihost without doubt.
