On 2 occasions . I had to wait over 24 hours for an agent to reply on the Wattsapp chat To date I am still awaiting for a Human to make contact I decided to get Afrihost rather…. @Afrihost, I managed to get all the info within a few minutes Awesome service and amazing response time Keep it up guys!!

I received really fast feeback, and great friendly service from Afrihost this morning. I am impressed. I requested a callback and got the call within minutes, chatted on Whatsapp, got a response within minutes... 200% better service than I received with my previous two internet providers.. Lets hope they keep up the great service....... I trust that they will!

While there is the occasional downtime with fibre, probably due to last mile providers etc, their support is the best, ive been a client for more than 15 years on and off. with everyhting from hosting services and more. I highly recommend them. they are a cut above the rest
