Thankfully, the Afrihost team were there to help, single call me request with a phone call back in 3 minutes. 2 minutes on the Line with an amazing Service rep, and boom, problem solved. Friendly service when you encounter any issues, which has been minimal in the 2 years of making use of their Fibre network. Even in loadshedding we always have a stable connection when multiple devices are connected. The services consultants are patient and very helpful and always direct you in the right direction

They told me that I don't an active account with them, when I've been using them as an ISP for a whole month. They literally cost me over 200 USD in 2 days. When contacting them, they literally took over two days..They apparentlyddon't even have a complaint's department 🙄🙄🙄.. Very disappointed in their service.
