Afrihost are the customer service that MTN can't offer. It's such a shame that they rely on the MTN infrastructire which often lets the down. From Domain creation to Support, Website builders, Mobile Data plans and Airtime management, Afrihost are amazing !

The WhatsApp assist feature for Afrihost is a great tool. I was able to be directed to an agent Arthur T within 5 minutes of logging my call. Arthur T then assisted me by asking the relevant questions to quickly understand my query. Upon investigation he was able to assist in getting my query escalated. Definitely loving the WhatsApp helpline especially because it’s available even on weekends.
