I beseech of you to please commend his customer service experience with the rest of your team and make an example of easily going the extra mile and showing product knowledge. I'm a website developer and today I had some problems with the setting up a new website, I could not The account details that usually is sent to me through e-mail did not arrive when after 4 calls and talking to 4 different people still no results forthcoming I then talked to a lady named Nokuthula and this was a total disgrace as she did not know what were account details I was looking for When told that I was looking for User and password she simply ignored me. My frustration is now immense but by hook or crook I managed to get the necessary user and password the site was eventually up but it can not be seen on phones I was told but another person that they had to tweak something on the server, but I must write an email for them to do that I sent email and 2 hour later I still have no joy. Being a customer with AFRIHOST for the last 16 years this is no way to treat a customer. PURE JOY, NO SIR you are not. Shame on all of you for not being professional and caring.

I can honestly say that in all the years I have been an Afrihost customer I have never had an issue with them. Their customer service is 10/10, support is easily accessible and the way their packages/contracts are structured allows for some flexibility that I haven’t found with other providers. I have had an Afrihost LTE router and Afrihost data (APN with MTN), I currently use them as our email provider as well as our Fibre provider.
