Friendly and helpful attitude on the WhatsApp helpline. Took a bit of time and several restarts of my router and ONT unit but got sorted with reasonable ease. Afrihost is certainly focused on service. Grateful to be able to rely on them.

Went online yesterday on a hunch looking for fibre. Afrihost popped up I took a chance and so glad I did. We were kept informed throughout the day. Installation was done today by OpenServe Nelspruit. Technician was super nice and so fast. Just waiting for the rooter but damn so impressed with the service so far. I think this was the fastest service I have received in a long time. I recently moved from Cape Town to George. Without good internet I'm screwed.
