I would recommend Afrihost as a Service Provider as they have always been very understanding, patient and helpful when I have contacted their support centre. Their packages are reasonable and their service excellent My only gripe is that they do not have an affordable uncapped package. We do not all have access to fibre (there is none where I live) and we cannot all pay R2000 for the MTN package. They need something a lot more reasonable so that people with limited income can still have a decent internet service. Otherwise I highly recommend Afrihost as an ISP.

Whenever I contact them they always help me almost instantly. The team is always patient and does everything they can to solve my problem. So far its been good. The wifi struggles a bit but the agents are really nice and caring.

I've never had any issues with AfriHost. My lines are never "down" and I'm even moving over to their new AirMobile and looking forward to it. Would recommend to anyone.
