I recently moved to Afrihost from a previous provider that had little to non customer service and terrible connectivity. It took only a few chats with the Afrihost agents to sort out a package best for me, how to pay and what my waiting time would be on the order.
One of their best attributes is that they believe in customer care and using their WhatsApp customer care line was magic, I totally recommend Afrihost just for that! They also host a website and email accounts for me, no problems whatsoever. If you are looking for a great service provider, look no further!

Whatsapp support are very helpful and efficient. Still waiting to be using the fibre efficiently but as long as that works well the experience has been vastly better than with Adept who I was with previously.

If u looking for affordable yet all in one package , join Afrihost .... you get almost everything under R300 whereas from other hosting companies you pay over R1700 . Portia from live chat support was wonderful...she deserves 10 stars

I have been with Afrihost for over 6 years. I have used them both on site and telephonically. Now the new one is via WhatsApp and I have only had excellent service with them. There operators are friendly and make you feel part of the Afrihost family. I would highly recommend them to anyone. My mobile wi-fi works perfectly and so does my email and all my domains work well as well. So I kind of have numerous products of theirs. Give them a try as I would use them again and again.
