I somehow managed to lose my Wi-Fi connection on all my devices. I contacted Afrihost and spoke to Tutu. He was very helpful, and assisted me via the Afrihost WhatsApp chat. I just want to say how happy I am with afrihost. In 2019 when I moved house and I had to change to a different ISP due to cost of installation via vumatel etc. long story. I was sad to let afrihost go. Now being in a position of going back to afrihost they are not disappointing my decision. Having issues with migration as previous ISP is not releasing the line. Afrihost (which I am technically not a client of yet) is bending backwards to get my problems sorted. Thank you afrihost for confirming my decision with such great service. Happy customer indeed
