I really love Afrihost and how seamless they are with their support. I use to be with them but my current apartment doesn't have them as an ISP. I contacted them to assist my mom and they assisted so quickly. Unfortunately the matter isn't sorted due to loadshedding but I know if the problem was on their side they would've sorted it out already. Thank you Morris D for being so amazing!

Since moving from Telkom to Afrihost, I have only had 2 issues, both were related to Openserv's infrastructure and as such not the fault of my ISP, Afrihost. None-the-less, in both instances my queries were replied to quickly and satisfactory. Great job guys, keep it up. It will take a hell of a lot for anyone to convince me to use another ISP. I am an internet power user, playing online games, while streaming my gameplay live to various platforms. I am also a webdev/graphic designer who works remotely and since moving to Afrihost, I have never been dissatisfied.
