always give fast and greate support and love the fact you can message them on whats app the longest i have waited is 10min but most of the time it has 0-4min. Yes it can be instant , and I you can tell that they have had real training and are not just reading from a script Like some MassiveWEB providers ;) . I'm getting 20 mbps for R300 throttled to 4mbps at 100 gig threshold.... the best in that price range. and the customer care is always available on WhatsApp.
