I somehow managed to lose my Wi-Fi connection on all my devices. I contacted Afrihost and spoke to Tutu. He was very helpful, and assisted me via the Afrihost WhatsApp chat. We setup my Wi-Fi name and new password, and I was up and running on all my devices in no time. Thanks Tutu, and Afrihost for the excellent service. This is rarely found nowadays! Well done

Great Fibre internet service on Openserve overhead cables since 2019. Very easy WhatsApp line for queries. Only 2 outages which were with Openserve. Resolved within a morning.
