This person took their time and helped me fix my internet, great service from Itumeleng..am only rating Afrihost 5 because of the wonderful customer service I received today...Thank you Itumeleng

I Love how quick and fast they are with their reactivations or reconnections, as long as your router hasn't been damaged or there's no LOS light flashing red as soon as you make your payment they get you reconnected immediately. Their WhatsApp customer service is very nice they respond to you fast and they transfer you to an agent within 3 minutes.

Have been with Afrihost for more than 3 years now and I love their service. I'm on a month-to-month contract so I can cancel any time, but I have never felt the need to cancel. The internet signal is reliable and I've always had positive experiences with the customer service team. :)
