The reason for my considering to migrate is because web Africa does not have an inbound call centre and I don't fancy chatting over WhatsApp 2 a robot as the response time is usually very long. Issues can be resolved much quicker if you had verbal contact over the phone

After Eskom kindly load shed our power, I couldn't connect to the internet. Afrihost assisted me step by step through the reconnection process and sorted out the connection issues, and this was all done over Whatsapp with screen shots. Afrihost has great service. Openserve on the other hand is terrible with getting back to you and you can not contact them at all. I know these types of services take time but communication is key when running an operation like this
