The Afrihost App is simply awesome. I am able to see my usage for my, and my family’s devices all for data, airtime and sms. Top up is just so easy. I can move data between devices. Invoices can be quickly transferred via Airdrop. Their presentation of everything is clear, concise and comprehensible. Card payments work perfectly. 10/10 guys. Well done !

I promised and update and here it is (albeit a few years late :-)). I've had a great experience with Afrihost. I think they provide value for your money and the speeds are good! Recently signed up for Afrihost fibre to the home (pure fiber 10/10) through vumatel. Very easy setup and installation. I collected the router and set it up myself at home with help via WhatsApp. Friendly and helpful staff on the WhatsApp helpline. Need to test speed once all my devices are up and running. But so far so good! Long may it last. My only issue and the reason for the 3 star rating and not 5 stars is that I had to follow-up on every step from confirming they had the right info with vumatel to my router being ready for collection. These are simple things to keep a client updated about. I shouldn't have to call the helpline for this. I will update my review once I have tested the speed.
