Musa Khumalo promptly assisted me, and in no time my issue was resolved. Well done, it gave me hope that there is still customer service out there.

I called in and then was directed to use the chat platform. I was a bit apprehensive at first but then I found the agents to be very helpful. They did not just tell me to do a standard router reboot, she kept asking me to run a few tests and even though she got me to realise a higher speed, she went the extra mile and checked the settings on her end and got me the actual speed I was paying for.
