They all agree. Afrihost is the best

I have been using Afrihost for a number of years (Fibre via Frogfoot) and have now added Airmobile to the mix. Any issues / queries are resolved efficiently via a dedicated WhatsApp chat with a real person (lol) and not a bot. The only problem I have is that if there is an issue after hours, on weekends or public holidays then one can't get the problem resolved until normal working hours resume. Though I must say this has happened few and far between and is sometimes resolved before the need to contact them. I still rate them 5 stars though.

Been with Afrihost more than 5 years and fully working from home for the past 3 years. I haven't had a network downtime or failure. I successfully host and join meetings (camera on ) with no internet speed issues. I am a happy customer and big shoutout to the support team

Afrihost has made their platform user friendly and easy to self manage your own domains. Their WhatsApp helpline is efficient and staff are professional. Have not had an issue with Afrihost in the last 6 years of being a client. Thank you Afrihost.

Aftihost has the best customer service. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. I've never had any issues regarding late responses or them being unable to fix problems that may arise. Great work Afrihost!!!

Afrihost's Support is the BEST probally in the worls, all their Agents are both Professional & Helpfull, Afrihost just needs to match the prices offered by Webafrica Whose Customer support is disapointing and they would have everyone come to Afrihost. I regret moving to webafrica because i dint know how bad their support is till it was too late, but because of the price difference i had to stay for now, im eagerly watching Afrihost's prices, as soon as they match what im geting at webafrica, i ill definately move.
