My experience with afrihost has been very pleasant, agent Nqobile N displayed excellent customer service, when an enquiry had arisen and I needed assistance, this agent was very knowledgeable and understood what I needed and was very patient, I am very proud to be a client of afrihost if this is the service I am to receive from every agent. All in all best ISP I've ever had the pleasure to deal with! Some problems here and there but that's due to factors such as copper theft. Have a LTE data bundle linked to my phone, as does my wife, fantastic value for money (MTN)! Would stay with them for a fibre contract but I live in a one horse town and unfortunately they aren't a provider. Can't go wrong with them!

I sent a query to the watsapp group. Mali was there to help and to get to the route of the problem experienced. Results could not happen due to the outage experienced. He reported it,found answers and red flagged. I just have wait for technicians to find fault and fix it. Great service and feedback.
