The reason for my considering to migrate is because web Africa does not have an inbound call centre and I don't fancy chatting over WhatsApp 2 a robot as the response time is usually very long. Issues can be resolved much quicker if you had verbal contact over the phone

Best ISP out there. I was with them back in 2013. Move MTN some other ISP as well but never ever got the service like Afrihost.... Solved a problem in an hour that other ISPs could not solve in a week. Really happy

We have been with Afrihost since April. And when we signed up the company kept in contact with the owner of the building to convince him to put fibre in. Eventually he did and as quick as it was installed ours was up and running. I convinced all the people in our flats to take Afrihost and most did. So I have been with Afrihost for almost a year, it was a rocky road to be honest in the beginning (bad customer care), but all things said and looking at the entire situation as a whole - I would say the positives do out way the negatives. My biggest gripe was having to work with Openserve in trying to successfully schedule a day for Fiber installation, spoiler, four bookings were made and confirmed by Openserve, that never went anywhere, they just would not show up, regardless of the four "technicians", times or dates, they are unreliable in every sense of the word, and I would highly suggest Afrihost drop their partnership with them asap.
