First time using Afrihost with a new private internet connection with new router and VOIP phone. I was kept up to date on every step of the process. Products were delivered on time and the installation team arrived on time and got everything set up in minutes. And when I called the Afrihost Whatsapp line to get my VOIP phone registered, they responded in seconds and patiently talked me thorough the steps until all was working perfectly. Really impressed. Best service I have ever experienced. I would strongly recommend them!

very good customer support with various methods of access. This makes it so much easier to use afrihost. Service delivery and customer service as well as access to to the customer service channels makes a huge difference when choosing an ISP.

Service is usually really stable and not alot of issues.Sometimes the router might sign out and you need to log back in but thats no more than 1 minutes work.The team are amazing and always willing to assist where possible.I would strongly recommend afrihost!

They told me that I don't an active account with them, when I've been using them as an ISP for a whole month. They literally cost me over 200 USD in 2 days. When contacting them, they literally took over two days..They apparentlyddon't even have a complaint's department 🙄🙄🙄.. Very disappointed in their service.
