Whether it be as simple as advising how to reset a router or having to explain prompts to someone technologically challenged, they do not lose their cool. Cool calm and collected at all times! Their willingness to assist and solve the problem no matter how long it takes is truly something. Cannot fault the support guys and girls! Thoroughly impressed!

While there is the occasional downtime with fibre, probably due to last mile providers etc, their support is the best, ive been a client for more than 15 years on and off. with everyhting from hosting services and more. I highly recommend them. they are a cut above the rest
