Afrihost's service today was really wonderful. I dealt with two consultants on WhatsApp. The first one couldn't help me because I had left home and the second one sorted out my Internet problem. The problem was not with Afrihost but a problem on the line. Vumatel is repairing it. I was truly amazed at their service on a Sunday. Well done Afrihost 👏.

My experience with afrihost has been very pleasant, agent Nqobile N displayed excellent customer service, when an enquiry had arisen and I needed assistance, this agent was very knowledgeable and understood what I needed and was very patient, I am very proud to be a client of afrihost if this is the service I am to receive from every agent. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Afrihost. I initially applied for fibre through Telkom, but after waiting 10 working days with no feedback, I called them only to be told, quite rudely, that there had been an error and I would need to wait a further 7 working days for it to be resolved. I then applied online through Afrihost, and just 3 days later I had WiFi installed and running. Throughout the process, the Afrihost team kept me updated regularly and responded to my queries almost immediately. Every interaction was friendly and professional, and it was clear that they genuinely value their customers. I cannot recommend Afrihost highly enough. I am incredibly impressed with the level of service I received.
