With any business it has to be customer centric and in my most recent experience this was the case. It may not always be so in the future, but in this case it was. My query was regards to Fibre and moving from one ISP to the next.

Excellent service. WhatsApp chat very helpful... Been with Afrihost for years and service is excellent. Staff always helpful. Pricing of products great. Suggest Mtn data offered by Afrihost consider offering specific WhatsApp data purchase for those that need to use WhatsApp for work purposes whereby WhatsApp data and calls be used for WhatsApp only and STD data be used for general internet usage. Ensures that if STD data runs out u still have WhatsApp data for WhatsApp use for work and emergency and calls. Something Afrihost must try to negotiate with mtn and offer to Afrihost/Mtn clients additional to the STD data pckg offers.
