Afrihost would do well to hire more representatives like Ethan C. I accidentally initiated a new chat after a somewhat frustrating conversation with another agent and well I am glad it happened as it turned a mediocre experience into a fantastic one. All because of the immensely positive attitude that he had. Made getting shafted by Openserve deciding to not repair our DSL service slightly more bearable. Well off I go to look for a stop gap until Openserve decides to move along with actually bringing fibre into our complex instead of calling it good enough to have brought them to the gate…

Leonard understood the issue clearly and handled it efficiently. He took the intermittent fibre/LOS problem seriously even though the connection was stable at the time, logged the fault without unnecessary back-and-forth, and provided the ticket reference promptly. The interaction was polite, straightforward and helpful. Very good support experience.

I've been using Afrihost for a few years now. I hardly experience down time or issues. If I do have an issue its easy to get hold of them I've used email and WhatsApp. They're fast to respond and eager to assist. I'd recommend them any day.
