Afrihost is a superb ISP. I highly recommend them to anyone. It is a pleasure to deal with them if you have a problem as they are helpful in problem solving and will escalate matters when required. You are not shunted from one department to another as is the norm in most businesses in SA today. Keep up the outstanding service Afrihost!

My experience with afrihost has been very pleasant, agent Nqobile N displayed excellent customer service, when an enquiry had arisen and I needed assistance, this agent was very knowledgeable and understood what I needed and was very patient, I am very proud to be a client of afrihost if this is the service I am to receive from every agent. My 2 year LTE contract with a mobile service provider ended in March 2020 - about the time when we had a national lockdown because of Covid-19. I have then decided to take the fibre option from one of the big cellular providers. These guys sent me from pillar to POST with the router, the temporary LTE and getting me up and running. When I contacted Afrihost, I have been assisted telephonically to determine my requirements. They've handled all the admin of cancelling the service which I did not receive from the other service provider and I have received my router on the same day. Afrihost did not dissapoint! It was the first time that I have received such great and quality service from a big brand in South Africa!!! I was able to work from home, with quality high speed internet!!!
