Although my activation was delayed by 5 days because of issues on Vumatel’s side, I must compliment Afrihost on their excellent professionalism throughout the process. Their customer service agents answer calls within minutes, are polite, patient, and sincerely apologetic. Call lines are busy, but the assistance in WhatsApp more than makes up for that and is far cheaper to boot. 10/10 assistance once communication was established.

Afrohost is User friendly. They are very quick to respond.The whatsapp chat is the best. The product quality is consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time since installation. Vumatel technicians failed to install my fibre line and wouldn't recommend them at all. I then changed to Openserve and received fast excellent service.
