As far as their customer service is concerned, they're the best company I've had interactions with. The support or help service seems to be more focused toward beginners and new clients and there are a few too many processes to have to navigate through before you can get to experienced support staff (from a Reseller or experienced user Perspective) but as I say, getting better every day.
