AfriHost WhatsApp helper assistance is great.
I had an issue with the WiFi not having Internet access and they we very helpful and this happened over a weekend.
They are friendly and responsive in their text.They send clear instructions and are patient and reassuring while messaging you.

Afrihost is amazing and so helpful via Whatsapp or calls they assist you immediately. I have my mom on Afrihost currently, but when my MTN contract expires I will not be renewing it, I will be moving to Afrihost instead. They are also so much cheaper than the likes of MTN and Vodacom, 1G through Afrihost costs R69 as apposed to MTN's 1G being R149. It is a no brainer!

Last week we were without internet for 3 whole days. It affects us badly as my household works from home. I spoke to 3 different people on 3 separate occasions and all they said do a hard reboot for 15 minutes. Sigh. Of course we already tried that but they insisted that will solve the problem. Eventually I speak to a technician called Jono. He spoke to us for almost 2 hours troubleshooting. What an absolute star! After figuring out what went wrong our internet was back up within 3 hours! I am not sure if those other technicians are not trained or they just don't care about their job but Jono really saved the day. Putting in all that effort and so very helpful :) So, thank you Jono!

I've used Afrihost since I first managed to get ADSL in our area years back, and then upgraded when fibre became available. Throughout that time, upgrading / downgrading / topping up / support / queries / fault reporting / new services , have all been super easy and painless. You don't feel like a helpless pleb in a big machine, but rather in control of your choices. Thank you Gian ( a marketing genius if ever I saw one)

We contacted Afrihost when we realized we had no wifi. They responded immediately. The communication was excellent. They are going out of their way to sort out the problem as they are aware our son needs wifi for online school. Since the fibre was installed, we haven't had any problems. We highly recommend Afrihost.
