Afrihost are simply awesome. They are so jacked I got fibre installed all on their web page. Didn't have to sign forms or wait. Service is always up and they have a client zone where you can report problems and enquire. Serious the best ISP I have ever dealt with.

I have been with Afrihost since they started for first Adsl and now fibre . I have always been very happy with their good service. We have had very few problems over the years and when we have had the odd intermittent issue, they have resolved it immediately. Their WhatsApp chat platform is very effective. What great customer service and a warm welcoming experience at the head office. Felt like I was at a business lounge. The friendly lady at reception, made a great cappuccino, and Braydon went out of his way to help me, while I was enjoying my coffee .. I am pleasantly surprised.

Always punctual, and if there is a problem, normally through a carrier then they are immediately on the button giving assistance and sorting the issue out.
