For me, the key thing with ISPs is availability of support when the connectivity has issues. Afrihost’s support is on point. The fact that we can text on whatsapp makes things much easier, even better than they’re available even after hours (upto 19:30 during the week). The constant and timely updates for network issues helps ease frustrations when internet connection suddenly dies.

We've had a great experience with Afrihost the past 8 months. The initial set up was super easy and our router arrived quickly. The app is ridiculously user friendly! We are tech savvy people but I do feel that people that aren't will get the hang of it quickly. Being able to get support on WhatsApp is also so convenient. So, in my view this is the best ISP. Their pricing is slightly higher than competitors but it’s worth it. I’ve never been left hanging with queries, there’s always someone who helps me on WhatsApp, telephonically or I can resolve the issue on clientzone (their website) been using them since 2019 and I’m very happy still at 2023.
