In the 7 years that I have been a client, I have only had two days that the fiber was out due to a connection of the actually. I have added more lines and they seem to be the quickest of the ISPs for new installation in new areas additionally I have never had any admin issues with billing or other problems that arise from dealing with Openserve (in all my cases)

I usually don't like doing reviews, but it helps with transparency for other people out there & for the business to see if they are doing things right. I have been dealing with Afrihost for around 20 years. All in all, they must be the best option out there for Fibre, Mobile packages, etc. Once you have had to deal with Helkom or (not so) Openserve or even Vodacom, MTN - you will have a refreshing experience with Afrihost. Just do some research first into the products & services. Or ask for them to call you if there is too much info overload on their website & you are unsure of which option to look into or choose.
