The rating I am putting here is for Customer Service Rep "Mhlonipheni" What a gentleman and I am truly amazed at how patient he was with me throughout the process. We will come back with the rating of the actual services of AfriHost in about a weeks time.. So far, so good honestly.. 😁

The is an agent called Themba M. He really helped me get sorted with all my frustration about the SIM card not being delivered to me but it was written delivery on their system. He helped me clear that up and gave me great customer care. He was very patient with me and guided me throughout the whole process. Big up to him. He deserves a raise if a promotion.

Afrihost is great service provider. Based on area and Fibre provider, they are no longer the most cost effective unfortunately. Another price increase means I will be looking for cheaper alternates. Possibly even LTE sadly. Love the brand, but love my pocket more :-) #Satafrika

Really great service from sales to support. And you can sort things out on Whatsapp on a Sunday. And after being with them for more than 3 years, they upgraded me from 10 to 20 Mb/s for same price. What a great brand!

We hardly ever have any issues. I'm happy with the service and when technicians do need to come out they are generally nice people and happy to answer ALL my questions. They've been a pleasure and the service (speed etc) works well for us.
