Identified the problem, explained how to test for the solution, walks you through the process step by step. Afrihost I hope you see this and make this guy a Manager because your customer service process would be much smoother and you'll have more consultants actually wanting to assist the clients and knowing how to and what they are doing, instead of irritating a client or making it seem like it is the customers fault.
