The agent has also linked their email address to the work ticket to be able to keep an eye on progress, as they have understood the important of us getting a new router asap. By far one of the best ISP around. Maybe i haven't heard of other companies but afrihost assist on weekends as well, which is excellent if you are having a movie or series marathon and the internet boms out suddenly.
