I have been using Afrihost for a number of years (Fibre via Frogfoot) and have now added Airmobile to the mix. Any issues / queries are resolved efficiently via a dedicated WhatsApp chat with a real person (lol) and not a bot. The only problem I have is that if there is an issue after hours, on weekends or public holidays then one can't get the problem resolved until normal working hours resume. Though I must say this has happened few and far between and is sometimes resolved before the need to contact them. I still rate them 5 stars though.

They told me that I don't an active account with them, when I've been using them as an ISP for a whole month. They literally cost me over 200 USD in 2 days. When contacting them, they literally took over two days..They apparentlyddon't even have a complaint's department 🙄🙄🙄.. Very disappointed in their service.

Do not hesitate, Do not be intimidated. reach out to them and get Fibre installed. You are currently spending more than necessary on prepaid data.🤦🏽♂️😢
