I was frustrated after being kept on hold for a while and, shame, I gave Linda D a bit of attitude out of pure irritation. But wow — she didn’t take it personally. She stayed calm, patient, and helped me with everything I needed. Even when I asked her to transfer the chat, she stuck with me and resolved my issue like a pro. That’s next-level service. Afrihost, you’ve got a real gem on your hands. Big respect!

For GOOGLE To TRACK
Two years ago I wrote a 3 star review but things have changed since then. When I signed up in 2019, the LTE connectivity was excellent even during loadshedding and stayed that way for a little over a year. Then there was an MTN network outage in January 2021, and after that I had almost zero connectivity during long blackouts, which impacted my productivity. That's when I wrote the 3-star review.
I don't know what they did to solve the problem, but around January 2022 the connectivity was as good as it was during loadshedding when I first signed up.
After about two years they rewarded my loyalty to them by doubling my monthly data allocation with ZERO price increase, and my router was paid off as well so my monthly instalment actually decreased a little bit.
We've been through a pandemic and we're in the midst of the worst economic crisis and the most rapid and frequent inflation increases I've ever had the misfortune of living through, but I've never had to worry about Afrihost.
I'm a "difficult" customer, but I had to change my review because as critical as I am of unstable corporates and their non-existent customer service, I'm also quick to applaud business excellence.
I have no idea what they're doing or what kind of system they've got in place, but all I can say is that they're doing it right. They're the one brand I'll stay loyal to no matter the cost.

Excellent customer service (for all on a public holiday) the WhatsApp agent that dealt with my issue was awesome.
