Awesome network service, if I do have a problem it gets sorted the same day. Would recommend Afrihost to anyone and they way cheaper than your big mobile companies. On top of it if you have an Mtn sim you don't need to get an extra sim you can use all the products relating to your mobile. Thanks afrihost for the awesome service.

He provided clear instructions for running trace routes, asked me to share screenshots of the results, and performed additional checks to ensure the issue was properly addressed.
