Been with Afrihost for some time and I always suggest Afrihost as the Fibre provider to other potential clients. No billing issues and easy to use. The only 'complaint' is that the cost of Fibre is very high but that is probably the Provider Vumatel

Great service, was in store this morning to collect a sim card & modem. The collection and sim activation process was painless and once I had configured the modem to my existing network I was up and running.

I have been using Afrihost for a number of years (Fibre via Frogfoot) and have now added Airmobile to the mix. Any issues / queries are resolved efficiently via a dedicated WhatsApp chat with a real person (lol) and not a bot. The only problem I have is that if there is an issue after hours, on weekends or public holidays then one can't get the problem resolved until normal working hours resume. Though I must say this has happened few and far between and is sometimes resolved before the need to contact them. I still rate them 5 stars though.
