Sisanda literally ran around to get my order sorted out and my router couriered to me. All the support staff that I dealt with on the WhatsApp Support line was as helpful and committed. Love the fact that Afrihost returns a WhatsApp within minutes Their staff knows the products and services excellent. And the fact that if you still old school like me that sometimes want to speak to a person not a bot … they have actual support personnel that you can speak to…. Not a bot that frustrates the living hell of you and asking a whole lot of stupid questions not relates to your issue
