With everyone's complaints regarding their providers, I'm really glad I went with Afrihost. The app is always updated and lets you know where an issue might be, while their staff and whatsapp chat never fails.

I never had any problems from them on their fibre or there prepaid services they are cheaper than most and when there is any problems they notify you 1st and get a handle on it immediately

I have just moved from Vox to Afrihost due to terrible customer service at Vox and I am pleased to say that the service I have received from Afrihost has been AMAZING. My line was installed the next day and there were people on hand to assist at all times. Good customer service is hard to come by but Afrihost has definitely restored my faith. THANKS AFRIHOST!!!

A few years ago I registered a domain, then another and a third one. I have hosting through Afrihost on one of these domains and I have had the same level of excellence from them for any queries I have had. Used afrihost in the past. Excellent service. Trying to setup a router and default went to Afrihost. Getting support over a weekend was great. If possible ill migrate back to them
