I usually don't like doing reviews, but it helps with transparency for other people out there & for the business to see if they are doing things right. I have been dealing with Afrihost for around 20 years. All in all, they must be the best option out there for Fibre, Mobile packages, etc. Once you have had to deal with Helkom or (not so) Openserve or even Vodacom, MTN - you will have a refreshing experience with Afrihost. Just do some research first into the products & services. Or ask for them to call you if there is too much info overload on their website & you are unsure of which option to look into or choose. I have been a customer of Afrihost for web services for some time but only recently moved my fibre to them - PURE JOY (with past experience and even more now). As a Marketing & Communications Strategist and very much in the market, I congratulate Afrihost enormously on their 'Pure Internet Joy' campaign - mostly because it is so clear and on-point, expertly communicated and - most importantly - delivers fully on the promise. Supportive, caring, patient, and the best service guaranteed. Unfortunately, I went instore to MTN for an uncapped deal and signed a 24 month contract on 28 October 2022. I have endless issues with routers failing, often no internet coverage, lets not mention the poor support and service. Because the 10 day cooling off period has passed I am stuck with them unless I pay out the contract. Completely disgusted. Word of advice - AFRIHOST is the best! Don't be hasty like me, get hold of Afrihost, their support team are helpful, their service is remarkable.

I whish Afrihost can share their secret to deliver excellent service to the world. We can all follow suit. I have never experienced such an excellent service. Even saying excellent service is an under statement..... There's no words to describe their service.

I've only just gotten my fibre router, awaiting install. But I must say that the whatsapp chat is excellent. My experience with Nonjabulo was really pleasant. She understood my query and assisted me in record time.
