What I like about them is that, they have a WIFI help platform which means you can send them pictures of all those technical funny stuff that you don't even understand as you go along so that you and the operator are on the same page ,and you don't have to worry much about whether you've explained the problem to them correctly because they see it as well. This reduced my anxiety as the client during the entire process. LOL, I was setting up my WIFI router just incase you're wondering as to what happened because I had recently switched from another service provider, and boy am I glad I did. Anyways, I think I will be stuck with these guys for a very long time, and thankfully by choice!

Afrihost a Company mannaging our Vodacom Fibre Internet service is a fantastic service provider. Our dealings with them over the years we use them just grew and get better every time we need to ask them to assist. Been with Afrihost for some time and I always suggest Afrihost as the Fibre provider to other potential clients. No billing issues and easy to use. The only 'complaint' is that the cost of Fibre is very high but that is probably the Provider Vumatel
