Excellent service I got from a person called Sello. Afrihost must just fix their debit method as it sometimes don't debit automatically. This has to be really looked at bcoz it's a big inconvenience sometimes.

Prompt service when I complained about slow response. Agent assisted with step-by-step guidance to pinpoint the problem, which was with the router. The agent has also linked their email address to the work ticket to be able to keep an eye on progress, as they have understood the important of us getting a new router asap. Very impressed with the quality of service.
