As far as their customer service is concerned, they're the best company I've had interactions with. Even with the most frustrating issues — that can sometimes take much longer than anticipated to resolve — I've always found them responsive, patient and helpful. It's great to see a company that makes an effort to train their consultants to attend to clients with the respect and patience they afford you, and to do so consistently irrespective of who the luck of the draw allocates you to. I’m a fan of Afrihost and have many products with them - data for my phones, Fixed LTE, ADSL and soon I’m getting Fibre. They are innovative and their support is usually good. I would find it difficult to move away from them as a service provider because they’ve been awesome since day 1.
