We have been with Afrihost since April. And when we signed up the company kept in contact with the owner of the building to convince him to put fibre in. Eventually he did and as quick as it was installed ours was up and running. I convinced all the people in our flats to take Afrihost and most did. Been without internet for 2 days with a teenager in the house, is an absolute nightmare! Contacted Afrihost, I initially thought it was an outage, but the issue was with the router. In a couple of minutes I was guided by Nombulelo M, how to hard reset the router, the settings was fixed and the internet is up and running! Thank you for making this process so easy.
