Afrihost unlike most ISP they have made it easy to receive otps via whatsapp meaning even if your like me mostly outside SA you can still activate most basic actions to resolve issues, also whatsapp chat makes it easier when talking to client care, we are able to send small videos and pictures of our problems, for better understanding. Responses are given in timely manner.

I have been with Afrihost for years now and their products are quality and customer service is top notch. Not only do I use them for my cell phone provider but I also use them as my Internet provider There’s so many ways to get a hold of them such as what’sapp - call back feature or submit a ticket and they respond in a timely manner. Support and help is fast and great, but there is a problem enforcing SLAs with the fibre network provider. Afrihost hand the problem over to Metrofibre but then their hands is cut of. Thanks for that service. My problem does not reside with Afrihost but with the Fibre network provider. I have a fibre problem now for 3 weeks running and the fibre provider by name Mertofibre does not come out to fix or don't know how to fix the problem. Waiting now 2 weeks for Metrofibre technician to call me or show up. I have VERY SLOWWWW speed. Worse then a 64 k dial-up modem.

I’m a fan of Afrihost and have many products with them - data for my phones, Fixed LTE, ADSL and soon I’m getting Fibre. They are innovative and their support is usually good. I would find it difficult to move away from them as a service provider because they’ve been awesome since day 1.
