In these days of bot-chatting where you get all the wrong answers to a question, it remains refreshing to be able to always speak with a real person at Afrihost. I sadly have to cancel my subscription because I am moving to an estate where connectivity is part of the service offering by the estate. I wanted a second independent fiber connection to the same house address - one apartment upstairs with a tenant in another apartment downstairs. AFTER 5 weeks with constant following up, YodaCom told me: "that's very complicated, impossible". Afrihost - carefully went through entire process with me, very patient agent communicating via Whatsapp, all organized, second apartment no problem, all sorted. Highly recommend Afrihost.
