Afrihost would do well to hire more representatives like Ethan C. I accidentally initiated a new chat after a somewhat frustrating conversation with another agent and well I am glad it happened as it turned a mediocre experience into a fantastic one. All because of the immensely positive attitude that he had. Made getting shafted by Openserve deciding to not repair our DSL service slightly more bearable. Well off I go to look for a stop gap until Openserve decides to move along with actually bringing fibre into our complex instead of calling it good enough to have brought them to the gate…

I had the exemplary experience of speaking to Madam Kate. She is lovely and exceptionally helpfu. She's too good to be true - Im suspicious that Madam Kate is an AI bot. Nonetheless Afrihost have an easy to use platform to get all questions answered in a matter of seconds. Thank you
