Once again, I found out why I deeply regretted changing ISP's and not stayed with Afrihost. I am currently in a serious debacle and battle with another ISP. A person can never reach anyone and if you are connected on a chat, your answers never receive a straight answer, unlike Afrihost. Went on their whatsapp chat tonight, answered the initial questions, posed my questions and within minutes I received all the information I needed.
