In the first two weeks I really had a lot of trouble getting our service up. But Afrihost did come through. The service has been stable for months now, and we received a double up on speed at no extra cost during lockdown. Even though our line speed is back to the original, their service has been great since our initial experience and therefore I have decided to change my review to five stars for Afrihost. I've really not had any issues with Afrihost. When there are outages, they manage to get it fixed fairly quickly. They give constant updates on fixes. Their Whatsapp help is also very good. There has never been a time where they could not help me over Whatsapp to resolve my connection issues. All the staff have been kind so far.

Afrihost unlike most ISP they have made it easy to receive otps via whatsapp meaning even if your like me mostly outside SA you can still activate most basic actions to resolve issues, also whatsapp chat makes it easier when talking to client care, we are able to send small videos and pictures of our problems, for better understanding. Responses are given in timely manner.
