I've been a customer of Afrihost for almost three years and they always give good service. Friendly staff and a very stable fiber connection. I barely have issues. I did buy a UPS two weeks ago and it was faulty I had to return it. They tried to fix it but it wouldn't work and they gladly gave me a brand new UPS.

I would like to thank Afrihost and Vumatel for getting me connected in my new home within 2 days. I was assisted telephonically by Mtunzini in the Fibre technical department of Afrihost to activate my router and he would not put the phone down untill it was resolved. Amazing service thank you. I have been with Afrihost for more than 10 years now, there have been times when the internet when down (about 5 times) but most were sorted out quickly. Once Vumatel fault could resolve quicker because once their field team contacted me it was resolved within a few hours. But overall very good service.
