Never visited the place, but their online consultants are always available whenever I need help. I always contact them via WhatsApp, and they reply in a couple of seconds. In my opinion, they are the best Internet Service Provider in South Africa, and they seem to put their customers first. I would definitely recommend them in the blink of an eye. I've been struggling with Webafrica for more than 2 weeks and I got told they can't pin my location on vumatels portal (make no mistake this was after reaching out to me on Facebook saying they will sort it out in 2-3 days )......I decided enough is enough and told them to cancel .....contacted afrihost and in 20 minutes process was completed and payment was made for the installation to take place. 20 minutes it took to resolve an issue plaguing me for 2 weeks.

WhatsApp communication is unlike any other service provider I've experienced. Their Wi-Fi is fast, and the installation was smooth. I ordered mine over the holidays, and they installed it in 3 days. I highly recommend. Thank you Afrihost.
