The issue took longer than I anticipated to resolve but it was because the technician assisting me was very patient and wouldn't give up until the issue was resolved, and it was indeed resolved by the end of the chat

Great company. When migrating fibre just make sure you use the WhatsApp help to follow up regularly. If you leave them they will leave you for weeks without fibre with no updates when your line was active the whole time.
