I've been using Afrihost for years, and I have yet to have any issue. In the rare case that I do require assistance, they are always avaible to help and deliver the service with a smile, without any issue. No lengthy waiting, service is the best I've every had from any ISP. 100% would recommend.

If I could give more I would. Sicelo was more than patient and unbelievably kind when I asked the stupid questions. What a massive asset to your company. This whole experience (move to you) has blown me away. Mind blowing quick less than 24 hours to bring in the cable to set up the banking and configure my set up. Your website FAQ and your interaction are predictive informative and easy to understand. Cannot say enough good things about the move. Well done and thank you

My line had just been activated, but I needed to have the router from Afrihost in order to actually connect to the internet despite the line being "active". Dineo M assisted me to set up my current router to ensure that I have access to the internet until the router from Afrihost arrives! 10 stars!!! Patience and outstanding customer service!!
