Quick response from Afrihost 24/7 whatsapp and call back. All resolved. Was our problem as didnt realise power was off on Openserve box 🙈as it is only 30cm from floor and lights not visible without lying on the floor looking up at it. Will have to ask Openserve to come and move it further up the wall so as to be more easily accessible.
