Hardly have any negative experience with their customer service and my WiFi and internet connection have been stable throughout my subscription, apart from one or two days out of the 3 years where WiFi or Internet connection was problematic either due to external sources or problems with my router. All in all, great service and happy with my product.

We have been with Afrihost since April. And when we signed up the company kept in contact with the owner of the building to convince him to put fibre in. Eventually he did and as quick as it was installed ours was up and running. I convinced all the people in our flats to take Afrihost and most did.
