The best customer service I have ever received. Professional staff that are very helpful. Very convenient. I had to setup my router and with their tutorials available online I had it setup in no time. Had some trouble connecting at first but after being on What App quick with a technician I was online and enjoying the speed of fiber.

I’ve been a happy customer of Afrihost’s for many years and today I got just another fantastic reminder of why they are one of the best service providers in SA. After getting Fiber a few months back, my router started acting up and got progressively worse as time went on. Eventually a few calls to technical support confirmed my suspicions that the router was likely faulty. So I bought it in this morning to Greg (I think, I’m not very good with names) and not only did he confirm that it was faulty, but I got an apology and a replacement router on the spot which he also went the extra mile and configured for me before I left. Absolutely stunning customer service! And a big thanks to Greg and his assistance!

I wasn’t sure which domain I should use for my NPO but thanks to Afrihost Service consultant whose advice worked the magic. I left your building with my domain registered and fully functional.Unathi,i cannot thank you enough girl! you rock. Afrihost, you are the best ISP I have ever come across. WOW! your helpdesk consultants, out of this world. Keep it up guys as you continue being the best you can be.I am not sure how I could have managed as an entrepreneur to communicate effectively with my clients if it wasn’t for your commitment and dedication to get us fit so well with your culture, whatever the culture, the best of its kind thus far.You guys are smart, especially your one-stop-shop kind of thing,Ooh! I like it.I enter your building with my internet problem, I come out smiling because you know your reason for being in business, to solve our problems. This is worth mentioning, your advices to us who are not technologically inclined,it’s like a cherry on top. Mcwaaa!!!!

My sim card suddenly stopped working over the weekend. I reported the matter on Tuesday midday and a replacement card was delivered to my office the following morning. Thank you so much for the superlative service!

Vuma installed our fibre within 2 days, Afrihost delivered the router the same day.  We went through endless whatsapp’s late night phone calls, and nobody could solve our problem until a wonderful lady by the name of FLOSSY got in contact with us.  She must have spent at least 2 hours trying everything and eventually it started functioning and this was after 21h00 at night time.  Somebody should promote this lady, she is worth every cent.  Nobody else was able to assist us or solve the problem.  Thank you Flossy, you made it all worthwhile
