There us absolutely no ISP that even comes close to Afrihost. Quality, Service, Products even the Application itself. User friendly and helpful experience from installion to the 3 years as a customer. I have never been offline or had trouble. As an IT Specialist, I wish they were around 10 years ago when I was a 3rd party ISP to my customers.

We have been with Afrihost for the past 2 years and we always receive the best service from Afrihost! Personally I think they are the best ISP. We have never really struggled with our internet connection and when there is a problem they would sort it out in no time. The staff is always professional and the most important part for me is that they treat you like a person and not just like another client. This is what service is suppose to be. Excellent ISP. I think afrihost they are doing excellent in helping their customers i was with them today from 14:30 up util 19:26 they did not ignore me they did listen to my broblem and help me how to solve it even is not yet finished we will rap up tomorrow morning i give them 100% weldone afrihost keep up the good work.

In the 3 years that I have been with Afrihost, I have never encountered an issue that couldn't be solved! The after sales and customer support are fantastic from you guys! Would recommend Afrihost to anyone that needs a new (and actually better) ISP.

Afrihost is always easy to reach and quick to assist with technical questions and problems. As a small business owner I am very pleased with their support and often jump onto a WhatsApp chat with their support team. It's like having a whole IT team at my disposal.
